Chase Bank, Buffalo NY

Went to this branch with a unique situation. The branch manager Carmen went above and beyond to help me find resolution even though it was not a common situation. She used several resources when she was not familiar with the problem when many people would have just told me that they could not help me as that is what had happened up to that point. Finally after seeing her I was able to have some resolution. Thank you Carmen

First time to get service cause move from FL to NY for notarized document, have been told waiting half an hour didn’t go by coming in order when getting help then have been help not able to do the service in the middle service the employee went to help another one was waiting online just stepping in to deposit at the line, seems knowing personal was leaving me so I have to walk out of the bank without service have to go to another bank. Be able todo the same business almost 5 pm closing. I’m a Chase customer and JP investment so have to get house in Fl closing overnight transfer money to Chase unfortunately have to go back to do business at Bank of America transferring money that going to sell the house.

This branch is amazing went in branch to inquire about a checking account everyone was welcoming. A girl by the name Lanisha assisted me and took her time to share products and rates with me. I didn’t get a chance to open account due to time but I will be back. Welcome to Buffalo Chase.

Black customers were ignored and told to open banking accounts online. All white customers and foreign customers were offered a chance to speak to banking representatives.

Military rates for checking and savings. Compliments with usaa and navy Federal credit union as a local bank. Would highly recommend. Really nice staff

Carmen the Branch Manager was extremely helpful and welcoming when I came in. The staff was also great with helping me get a check cashed and my new account. I appreciate them and will refer them to friends and colleagues.

Disappointed! Greeted by a young girl who wanted to know everything we wanted before we were 3 feet inside. We sat down to wait for someone to help us and she came back to the lobby and asked how much money we had. Omg with another customer there. Another person came back to let us know we should leave and come back in half an hour. We would have waited but felt they really didn’t want the business. Very sparse help and confused. Not good banking.

The bankers there were very nice to me in helping with what I was trying to get done today. I am happy Buffalo is starting to open branches because being a chase customer in the past was such a pain. Very nice looking branch as well.

I've been a Chase customer for nearly 22 years, and I was pleased to learn that the bank has a branch in Amherst. Last week, I visited this location and received excellent customer service.

This was my first time walking into a Chase location it wasn’t pleasant. They are new to the area so I walked in with a decent large check to open an account and start a relationship with them to see how they are. But I was told no one is available to open an account for me and if I can come the following week. Waste of my time. You guys shouldn’t have opened a branch if you do not have proper staffing, congrats you lost yourself a large deposit, a credit card sale (Wanted to look into Chase Freedom), plus possible investment sales too.
