Chase Bank, Brooklyn NY

Waiting for 1 hour, and all those guys just talk and take there time! Happy with chase, not happy with branch.

It’s already 1.5 hours. They do not care that someone is waiting! Will never come here again!

In my opinion the bank is not the problem, the problem here is the drunks/homeless people hanging behind the bank NYPD should patrol that street more often.

Went in to make a deposit when I realized Chef Agif Al Aviv was having a pop up event for Chase bank. Not only was I able to deposit my checks but I also had the privilege of tasting Chef Agif's delicious food

Very disappointed with this branch! I would not recommend trusting anything that the bankers tell you in this branch, they messed me up and caused me to loss money, and they will not take responsibility! Plus you will get attitude from the branch manager.

Not very efficient with handling non account holders, not very familiar with bank operating systems.

Waited to ask 1 question for 30 minutes while 4 different people walked around and chatted with each other. This was at 5: 30pm. I highly doubt that everyone had lunch right before closing. Really unprofessional.

The only good thing about this chase branch is that they have a parking lot but the lines are too long and it's way to understaffed for the amount of customers coming in daily also the waiting area is very cramped and there are only a few seats so you pretty much have to stand the whole time and when its finally your turn they take forever to to help you with whatever it is that you need there are so much better chase branches go to them, stay away from this one it's a waste of time

Difinitely Chase Bank on 18th avenue is one of the efficient and have best customer satisfaction. Thank you for solving my problem and approving my credit ;)

Unfortunately the bank doesn't answer their phone. Tried also through the Chase personal service center to reach the bank without luck. Just not picking up.

With the lines and the dumb stupid machines that are no help expect to make deposits. Really a tough banking experience. They workers are helpful jus we need more tellers!

-100. O man my worst customer service experience at chase bank. Don't go to this branch unless you have A LOT of time to waste and I mean A LOT. Employees were chit chatting each other while customers were waiting for help. One employee who was supposed to be directing every customer to proper person for help was killing his time by trying to figure out something on chase mobile app but he was literally lost in it for more then good 15 mins. All the employees were pretending to be be busy but were doing nothing.
Never going to this branch again.

With new changes it feels more like post office than a bank. Long lines too few tellers. Im changing my bank.

-10 This Manager who invented the Changes and close up 70 % off the windows should be fired. 5 more windows bordered Up like if as they Going out off business people Curse this place all the time.because u have 5 windows and missing Personal This branch needs more customer Care to serve the community not machines
