Chase Bank, Brooklyn NY

Vanessa Martinez is the best banker there, she provided me with excellent service. I've had my ups and downs w this chase bank branch.

No problems noted. No wait time. Staff were present though I opted for an automated teller. I typically have no issues with Chase Bank.

This Branch is filthy.
This is not surprising at all, they cater to the demographics, if this were Brooklyn Heights or Manhattan Beach it would be a totally different
outcome. We should all know that by now.

Love the services mr Ali helped me a lot he was quick and he makes good conversation when you guys go to chase you should go to mr Ali

It is a very convenient branch. The staff is always very pleasant. I’ve been coming here for a while and never had a bad experience. I cannot understand why some other people feel differently. I don’t know what people expect from banks. I’ve never had to wait in line for more than a couple of minutes. The new ATMs let you do pretty much everything.

One of the worst branches to try and do any business.there's usually one teller and the line moves at a snails pace

I walked in at 530pm to open an account and the lady there told me it was too late to come back another day like maybe Saturday. I don’t think that that’s the proper way to handle a customer coming in to open a new account I will go somewhere else. Like TD bank or Bank of America

Very bad very bad nobody pick up call I need some emergency information I call bank they not pick calls at all message machine keep telling me call customer service I call customer service they told me call bank or walk to bank I was very far from my bank very bad customer service

Not a bad branch, you could do what you wanna do it's just takes a little more time that it should
