Totally excellent place to go.
Everyone is so kind and helpful.
You walk in and there is space to move, sit and even a separate room to take your test for your NY State driving test, for your permit.
The teller was super nice and extremely helpful. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes including filling out paperwork.

Just moved to the area and was trying to switch everything over from PA to NY.this office was not very helpful and they weren't very pleasant. I hope I never have to deal with this office again lol
The supervisor is a fake there’s no manager you can speak to because the manager knows less then the regular employees. They’ll purposely leave out details so they can charge you more for them later. They scam you and they are disrespectful. Mayville office is much nicer and more helpful. You will get called names over the phone. They are the most disrespectful office and they have no clue what they are doing. Employees will hang up on you because they don’t like to hear that what they’re doing is wrong. Lady on the phone sighed and them hung up on me called back and she immediately transferred me.
Rude nasty employee, the stereotype of a DMV worker. Terrible treatment. Sure wish I had a choice of DMVs to choose from.
I've been to maybe 15 different DMVs in my lifetime and besides two, every single one has been like walking through hell. Chautauqua County DMV and Littleton, Colorado DMV are the two only exceptions. Besides the quick service, I also over heard an employee going way above and beyond when she didn't need to. Thanks.
