Great place. Everyone is friendly. It's easy to get appointments that aren't weeks away. They work well with your insurance.

This is Catherine edwards, I was impressed with Holly and how well she Cleaned my teeth. The office staff is always so welcoming.

If I could post negative stars I would. Our Dentist retired and we asked to have the records transferred to another dentist, unfortunately the records were transferred by accident to Chauvin. Spoke with their office 2 times to get the records transferred to my new Dentist they refused. They did not want to hear that we didn't want to go to their practice, things got worse from there. Went to my new dentist filled out the forms all Chauvin sent was the last set of x-rays. Called Chauvin again they refused to provide 30+ years of records to my new dentist or me. During last call staff was rude and constantly talked over me. She would not listen. Poor way to deal with a customer. Response by Chauvin is a joke, call them to discuss, why so they can refuse to provide my records again? I went to my retired dentist and got a copy of the records. I have also been told this is the way Chauvin has been treating many of transferred patients from the old practice by refusing to release records. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Dr. Yurchak was very sensitive to any pain I might have had, giving me more injections to be sure. Staff followed up with a phone call the best day to see how I was doing.

Beware they do not contract with any dental insurance. They said they made me aware of this when I booked my husband's appointment but they did not. I work in health insurance and if they told me that I would have never booked it. I specifically asked if they took his ins and they stated they take all ins. They were also supposed to do a cleaning at the appointment and did not. My husband not knowing any better paid up front 282.00 and only got an exam and x-rays. They said they would bill his ins because they do not contract with any ins and the ins would reimburse him. The ins sent him a 22.00 check.

Very satisfied with my experience. In for routine cleaning and prophylaxis. Hygienist was thorough and Dr. Yurchak very attentive to my questions and oral exam.

This office is more about making profit but not about patient's well being.

I need to replace a crown on my implanted tooth. The office told me that my insurance will cover most of the cost. Well, the dentist had trouble removing my old crown and had to get another specialist to do so. It caused a month long delay of the procedure. Because of this delay which is caused by this office, my insurance refused to pay $400 of the otherwise covered service. The delay also caused me discomfort and inconvenience for several weeks. I tried to get the office to share the uncovered cost, but the office would not take any responsibility and just want full payment. So, don't believe what this office tells you.get a 2nd opinion and double check with your insurance company.

Dr Yurchak and his assistant took such great care of me. I was nervous and have bad anxiety about getting the shot. They worked with me, explaining every step as they went. The dr stayed with me And helped me through the feeling of passing out. Dr Yurchak was able to relate to how I was feeling from his own personal experience and that really helped me.
The dental work itself was a breeze. I had to get a crown and didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. I am so appreciative of the care I received.

The office is very clean and the staff is always friendly.
Dr. Yurchak is not only professional but knowledgeable and compassionate. He knew I was having some pain with my bridge and he worked carefully and took his time.

I have been consistently happy with my dental care here for many years. All the dentists are great as well as the hygienists. They strive for excellence always and it shows. The reception staff is always wonderful as well.

Today, Dr Yurchak evened out and resurfaced a front tooth. I had requested the repair with a very slight degree of whiteness. It was perfect and Dr. Yurchak reshaped the tooth slightly. It looks better than it ever has.

I can’t say enough good things about this practice. They are just perfect for me.

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at dentists before. I’ve had a lot of providers whom I was afraid to speak up if something hurt or didn’t feel right because it felt like I was annoying them or being unrealistic. But the experience I have had here has been good each time — doctors are patient, friendly, talkative, and care about your comfort. Front desk staff and technicians were also professional and courteous. I finally found a dental office I don’t absolutely dread going to!

Dr. Yurchak was extremely kind, patient and wanted me to be pleased with my tooth repair before I left and I am pleased.the front desk office staff, top shelf, friendly, commutative and very pleasant including the Dental Assistant who was present in the patient room (my apologies I didn’t get her name). She was fun to talk to before the Doctor came in the room.
I’m pleased I switched to this practice they came highly recommended. Thank you!
