Brendan thoroughly cleaned the carpets of our bedrooms, family room, formal living room, hallway and stairs. I must admit that during covid and after, I hadn't had the time to have it cleaned until yesterday. I give the guy credit for doing it all by himself and in a timely manner. The receptionists were also accomodating. Before and after photos of family room.

My carpet and area rugs were cleaned by Brenden with Chem Dry. Let me say that he was the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous and hard working individual I've ever enountered. Our entire townhouse rugs were cleaned to perfection. I also learned quite a bit about how to take care of the rugs going forward. The entire process was excellent. Thank you!

I called for an estimate after some water damage. Brendan was not only extremely knowledgeable, but professional and on time. Just as soon as my insurance adjuster process my claim, It’s going to be ChemDry.

I wish I could leave a review for just the technicians. I needed carpets cleaned for 2 different houses. Started off wonderfully. Set up the appointments really quickly and was offered a discount since I was using them for both houses with their PURT treatment (which isn't cheap). I even ended up adding an antiallergen treatment since I was so grateful for being told I would get a discount. I specifically told them we don't live in house #1 and was assured that the tech would call when they were on their way no later than 5pm. Great.
House #1 was scheduled for the afternoon. House #2 was scheduled for the next day in the morning.
Never received a call even after confirming the night before. Drove all the way to the house, called the office, left voicemails, and no one answered. Called their emergency line. No answer. At almost 6pm I received a text (not a call) that the tech showed up at 2pm but no one was home and I was unreachable on my phone. Never received a call, a voicemail, or a text message that they showed up.
Next morning. Techs show up first thing in the morning. The same tech that supposedly called the day before was the same guy that showed up (he called this morning and, oddly enough, the call came through!). Great guys. Did a good job and the tech even apologized for house #1. Go to look at the estimate after the walkthrough and there were NO discounts on anything! Not the PURT treatment or the anti allergen I asked for. I'm happy with paying for what I ask for, but not after I was already promised a great deal in the beginning AND after a huge lack of customer service from the night before. Techs said there were no notes for them to give discounts. I have movers coming the next day and it needed to get done so I paid full price.
After they left I received a call from a different set of techs saying they were on their way to house #1! There was no official rescheduling or communication, but I was happy they were showing up at all so I again drove all the way down to house #1. Do the walkthrough. Looked at the estimate. Nothing discounted here either. Now I'm not the happiest of customers. Tech offered $10 off because she felt bad but said that's all she could do because there were "no notes". I already drove there twice and again have movers coming.
Again, I REALLY wish I could leave 10 stars for all 4 techs. They were amazing and polite. I just wish who they were work for provided some (or any) type of customer service. I planned on using them again and referred them to friends in the area, but now that's not happening. I paid a LOT of money for subpar customer service which is unfortunate because their techs were very pleasant.

We had a pet odor issue that Joe and Nick treated with two rounds of PURT in the exact spots they were able to detect. We have not had any odor since and the rug looks phenomenal. I would highly recommend ChemDry.

It was so easy to make an appointment for carpet cleaning. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. My technicians, Branden and Brenden, called and asked if they could come a bit earlier than my appointment time. When they got to my home they were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job. I will definitely call them in the future.

The tech (Joe) called to say he'd be here in 15 minutes. Right on time, both he and Arnoldo got right to work after checking everything with me. They were friendly, professional, and efficient finishing 3 rooms in 40 minutes. I'm Very pleased and would definitely recommend them and Chem Dry. Carpets look like new!

Brendan was an excellent, personable and professional technician. He was very knowledgable and passed along a lot of helpful information about general carpet maintenance. My 20 year carpets looks brand new! I will be a repeat customer of Chem-Dry of Buffalo.
