WORST FROM FRONT DESK I got there with my son and I had to pick him up from school because he had a stomach ache and the school nurse said he had a little bit of high blood pressure. Before we got there we tried to call but they wouldn’t answer because they were at lunch break so we got there and we had to speak with the front desk and we were trying to explain that we tried to call and make an appointment and then she started to give me attitude and said we have to go outside and call and she would transfer me to the doctor. I also notice that she kept on giving me attitude I was trying to be nice by saying hi my son has have a bad stomach ache and has a little bit of high blood pressure. Instead of saying ok will try to fit you in with the doctor instead she was ignoring me and telling me to go outside and and call from there. Always a nasty attitude the from desk

Called me at 432pm.i was on a work call.i called back 3mins later at 435pm. "our office is now closed". Look online.office closes at 5pm.there was no voicemail, no nothing.seems to be a recurring theme with this office.quick and efficient but w/ little customer service.

I don’t know about their services, but I was waiting for the lab in the front and a ladie who work here just pas with a nasty actitud and said”moved from the door” i was really far from there. I moved, she enter and come back again and yell. “I don’t want in my door”. Nasty actitud. I hope never see her again

How can the owner not care about the attitude of one of their employees? Does that mean that only patients/clients deserve good treatment? Or did the the person who respond to Claritza simply have a bad attitude? I'm very disappointed.

Hate it there, my baby was sick so I call to see if they can see hem, first try was a failed, call again they left me on the phone hour and half just to get a doctors actitud because I didn’t brought the baby to the appointment, what appointment if I’m calling you because the baby is sick and I need someone to see hem, that was with my little one but with my big one he was sick and they were seeing hem for two years straight they never find out because they only check superficial it took one visit with a different doctor to find out right away. DONT GO THERE!

Dr Spielsinger is amazing but I cringe every time I have to call the office. This is the office of no. Whenever I call to make or change an appointment the response is instantly no I don’t even think they check to see if they have availability. I called and they said sorry no appointments until the end of September and I said ok can I make an appt and then they tell me the next Appt isn't until Oct 7. And when I asked to make an appt it seemed as though they were being tortured. Like I said great Dr’s but awful admins in the front. I wish I could book an appt online so I wouldn’t have to deal with them.

A woman working at the front desk was asking really inappropriate questions in a condescending manner. She wanted to know "where I was from" and how long I had been in the US just because my mother doesn't speak fluent English. She was talking to me like she was interrogating me and when I told her she just went "okkaaayyyy" in a really condescending way. She doesn't need to know any of that information and she doesn't have to be disrespectful about it. It's 2021 can people finally realize that behavior like that is not ok and borderline xenophobic?

Best of the best Dr. Spielsinger is one of a kind, he is the best ever, my kids went too him and now my grandbabies too, Nicole is amazing.we love you all <3

Doctor and nursing staff are really excellent, unfortunately front desk staffs are too rude and don't deserve to be in this industry. They are front end staffs and need to be courteous but it's totally opposite. They don't have patience to listen, it's like I am doing a favor to you for getting you an appointment or to give any details. Management should definitely look into this. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

Doctors and nurses are great, they take the time to go over everything and are very patient with the kids. Highly recommend this practice.

My kids been patients of Chester Pediatrics since they were born. The doctors are great and caring, when you have an emergency there is always a doctor on call and you get a call back asap. My fav doctor is Dr. Levene

All the doctors are very caring and always help a worried mom, especially after hours. I never have to worry that I won't get a response. There was one time that the after hours phone service wasn't working and I reported it on their Facebook page. Dr. Levene responded almost immediately and helped me with my questions directly. If that's not excellent service, I don't know what is!
