My experience at Chevy 112 was great! I was greeted by Anthony Pavone who took his time to show and explain the ins and outs of a few vehicles. I think I drove him, Ken Koos, and Irving Cruz nuts at one point, being that I wanted to get break downs before making any decision. All 3 of them were extremely personable, funny, and patient with me till I made my pick 4 days later. Literally no pressure from any of them. I was recommended to Chevy 112 and I couldn't be happier that I went! If you're looking to lease or finance a vehicle these are your go to men! Thank you again for my beautiful truck and I know where to go when my lease is up!

Billy Sardone made this the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Professional, thorough, helpful and nice, he went above and beyond to make sure our first purchase (and now not the last) of a Chevrolet went smoothly, easily and quickly. I did not expect to buy a new car and drive it home on the same day; I was so impressed that I told friends and family all about my experience. Amazing service! Angela my service representative was on top of everything, she got me moving along in a timely manner! Mike K, the technician who did the work on my vehicle personally came to me and explained everything that was going on and his steps to handle the repairs! I can’t say enough good things about both my service rep and technician! Always very polite and respectful. And always takes my time into consideration! They had my vehicle in and out of service as fast as they possibly could have.

Hands down best buying experience I ever had. Matt Petter was fantastic! It is so refreshing to deal with a car dealership that is so easy to work with and communicates so well making sure you are totally happy with the experience. Adam Diaz in finance was great as well! Highly recommend this dealership.

Mike F was great to deal with. He was transparent with every aspect of the buying process. He offered us his opinions on things we were a little uncertain about which helped us make a decision and drive away with a truck that my wife loves. All that we dealt with at the dealership could not have been nicer which cannot be said for other dealerships on Long Island.

Excellent - working with Tricia was a Godsend. She helped to make the process very easy and was very fair. Working with Irving the finance manager was also great as well. He made the process simple and answered any questions/concerns we had.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to family/friends as they are honest and have much integrity.

I would like to give a special thanks to Angela in the Service Dept. Initially at the first service to fix an intermittent display problem it was found that a part had to be ordered. Despite what we all know about the supply issues today Angela kept us frequently up to date on the status of it. When my Trax was brought back in it was completely repaired. I found Angela to be a great face for your business. Always had a pleasant demeanor and always a smile on her face. Her Customer Service is outstanding and efforts like hers is what brings us back to Chevy 112. Please extend our gratitude to Angela. John & Dee Festa

My wife and I leased our first chevy traverse at smith town chevy, our first and last time going to them.
Even if Chevy 112 is a little bit further for you, it’s well worth the trip to get your car or truck from them. Believe me you will be treated great and talked to like an adult and not a child when you go to 112 and not smithtown.

We were setup to work with a lady named Tricia, instantly I new this is who I wanted to deal with when leasing a new traverse for my wife, she made me feel right away that she was on my side and was going to do whatever it took to get us at the monthly price we wanted, she couldn’t have been anymore friendly and helpful. Even when me and my wife came in to pick it up with our 2 little kids she was nothing but great to all of us.

It’s not just Tricia who was great there it was the whole 112 Chevy team including Ken.

I drive a dodge Ram, but come this spring there is no question I’ll be driving a Silverado, just so I don’t have to deal with any sleazy salesman’s and so I can work with Tricia again on finding what’s right for me. You don’t have to worry about being taking advantage of or being pressured

I HAVE LEASED TWO CHEVY TRAVERSES FROM THIS LOCATION AND RECENTLY DECIDED TO PURCHASE MY SUV. I HAVE NOT BEEN EASY TO DEAL WITH AT TIMES BECAUSE OF THE CHILDREN OR CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES. MATT AT THIS LOCATION WAS BEYOND HELPFUL, RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. I VERY MUCH SO APPRECIATE HIM AND ALL HE HAS DONE. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR SOMEONE BETTER. Have been here several times now, for various service work. Each time, the reps have been great! Making an appt with the My Chevrolet app is easy, and a Rep calls and follows up with the online appt booking to make sure everything needed gets addressed! Great service!

Had an oil change and an inspection done.
Very sloppy job on the inspection sticker. The old sticker was not removed properly, all kind of grease hand prints and it was put on crooked that I have to stare for a year now.
Not happy at all…

Amro and Bob were incredibly kind and helpful. Our whole deal was completed in under 24 hours. Amro was responsive and supportive which made for a seamless experience. Would recommend this team to anyone.
