Really bad customer service. No one offeres to help and when I asked for help, the lady brushed me off responding with “check the sale section. ”

This location was super clean, had a broad selection, and the employees were very professional and helpful!

In particular, Natasha went above and beyond in assisting me with finding a dress, my size, and adjusting the dress so it would fit in a short amount of time. In addition, she helped me pick out shoes and jewelry and was just extremely kind to my mother and me. I can't recommend enough and will definitely be coming back for the next formal event.

The selection of dresses and accessories is amazing. Natasha is so great, she helped me get all my accessories to match my dress and really made me feel special. She went above and beyond in helping me for prom.

I went to get a prom dress and had a lovely time! The store has so many options! The dresses were sorted by color in all different styles and sizes.

The people there were really lovely too. They were very helpful and sweet. My mom and I had great conversations with them as they helped me try on dresses. It was a really wonderful experience overall, I absolutely recommend it!

This place is awesome their customer service was unbelievable, Natasha was incredible and helped us find the perfect dress even allowed us to have our dress fit on Saturday which they normally don’t do but due to us living in RI they allowed it and we appreciated it tremendously

The dresses here are pretty. However the service is horrible and the manager is rude.they have no Apple Pay, no manual credit card payment, can not hold dresses for long and have not adapted well to the guidelines of the pandemic.they make it impossible for people without parents to shop or pay.

This place has amazing service, the worker, Natasha had lots of charisma and was very helpful. Beautiful designs and good material for cheaper prices compared to other stores. You should definitely visit this store you will not be disappointed!

Best service ever. Have not received the dress yet (will post update with pics) Needed to place an expedited order desperately. No other shop could fill my order. Not only were they able to process the order but i found out it is arriving about 2 weeks sooner than promised. I am so relieved. Thank you Mona, you are the best!
