Chick-fil-A, New York NY

I enjoy the high quality experience from this Chick-fil-A, the food is delicious and employees and friendly and helpful.

I don't often give anything but very positive reviews, but for one of the first times ever I felt let down by Chick-fil-A.

The food was delicious as usual but the service really left something to be desired.

I've never been to an understaffed Chick-fil-A before, but this one definitely was and the lone food server was struggling under the weight of the orders he had to deal with.

Finally a manager came out and got things moving but at 10am I expected better service.

My top choice for a chicken sandwich- breakfast is really good too. Wendy's has dropped to #2 fast food spot for me since the emergence this place. I try to do a little fast food as possible but this place is worth it.
Staff is nice and fun at time really depends on the location.only thing that grinds my gears is when I give them a name to call out - its called out partially ‍️

My friend and I immediatly got sick after eating here today 9/8/18. I am from Virginia and eat chick-fil-A often. I am VERY dissapointed.

Excellent Service. First time going to chick Fil A and I'm disappointed. Will try again. Food wasn't as I thought it would be due to all the hype and the price was expensive. Milkshake was really good though.

I go to chick fill a for the cobb salad love it and my co worker love the milk shake and chicken sandwich sometime I have to wait more than 10 mins because I don't eat bacon

The good thing about chik fil a in Manhattan us that bc of the volume, you know the food's going to be fresh

Go there earlier during the day, we check out the place for a quick dinner and it was not that fresh!

Got sick and threw up. It may be because i don't eat outside food that much but the other fat food places don't make me like that. I also disliked the fries.

This Southern gal is SO happy and grateful! Hey love you! Not only was the food as fantastic as it is in my home state NC, but I accidentallly threw my wallet out in the bag with my trash, came back 30 minutes later and they literally dig through the trash to find my wallet! We were already so impressed with the food and service but the generosity and willingness to help me out pushed y’all to the top! THANK YOU!

I did 2 deliveries today for Uber Eats at this location. The service is fast and the food smells amazing. Today is Saturday there weren’t lengthy lines but there were a lot of people.

Great service, clean, lot of seating and the workers are hard working. Food and desserts are very good quality as well.

Although it gets quite busy, they do handle each order quickly. It is very clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and willing to help you with anything you need.

The most efficient peak service fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Line was out of the door and was able to get my meal in under 10 minutes (yes we timed it)

I love chick fil a and grew up on it. Was so excited to visit this one in my new home nyc, but disappointed. It was loud and rushed. The girl got my order completely wrong. Chick fil a isn't just about amazing food but hospitality so they definitely miss the mark on the latter
