Chick-fil-A, Port Jefferson Station NY

1st time there I got the chicken sandwich.threw it out.chicken was raw in the middle. One more try.same thing.ugh! NOT for me

Alaways had a good experience coming here but tonight did me in a 30 minute wait and very rude employees at the drive through ill never return!

Awesome friendly staff. Logistically this restaurant is awesome. Always a pleasure going even though it's crowded a lot.

The service was slow when we finally got our food the fries were cold & the chicken sandwich was warm not hot. $27 very disappointed

Food was very good and order was correct. I rarely give fast food more than 4 stars but the staff was very polite and friendly which to me is worth a fifth star.

First time ever going to this place like how they had people outside taking your orders but then because it's so busy inside and outside there is a chance they will mess up your order like they did mine. Thank goodness I didn't drive far away because my order was totally wrong. They have to pay a little bit more attention but the mac and cheese was very good.

MADDIE IS THE BEST WORKER EVER this was my first time going to chick-fil-a in port Jeff and she made me and my friends laugh and really enjoy our time she needs a raise! Christopher the new cashier in training was very kind and was doing an amazing job even during a big rush 100% recommend! Food was great as well

This was my 1st time buying a chicken sandwich, the bun was cold and there was no sauce, the potato chips i bought was half cooked like they were raw.

I have never experienced a staff so polite ever on long island. We need more places like this. They will always have my business.

The services here just have my family and I coming back, every chance we get. Not just for the food but the service is down right amazing. Customer service is 110%. You guys are doing an amazing job. Keep up the great work.

The food was interesting. I don't know how to describe it but it tasted like pickles. I absolutely hate pickles and I'm mad it tasted like this. However, it was my fault as I ordered with extra pickles.

Me and my boyfriend went through drive thru and Lucas helped us out. He had good energy, very friendly and super nice. Definitely makes us want to come back. Lucas deserves a raise. (Also) chick fil a should add surge on the menu (Lucas knows what we are talking about).

GREAT STAFF! Was surprised on my return visit they don't open till 10: 30. The chicken biscuit is the best how come no breakfast at this location?

Can not say enough about how this chik fil a is operated. I was so impressed during pandemic how they adapted and made you feel comfortable about the sanitation of the restaurant and the protocols they put in place when handling the orders. The food is always fresh, I’ve never received a “bad meal” from them ever. Everyone is so kind and efficient, it doesn’t matter how long the line is they always keep it moving smoothly. My favorite “fast food” around!

Not a fan of chicken but the spicy chicken deluxe was pretty good I don't really like the company And their beliefs but my nephew wanted to eat there

The nicest staff ever! Delicious food, and if there’s ever an error with an order (it’s fast food, it happens!) the managers and staff quickly and kindly make up for any errors.

Even during lockdown when the lines were crazy, the staff has always been amazing and it’s always worth the wait?
