Chick-fil-A, Plattsburgh NY

Food was great! The chicken was moist and substantial. Service was efficient. They must've had 200 people come through and they were pros! The only problem was there were so many people that it was overcrowded and no where to sit. Time to expand!

Go there from Canada every month for that chic filet sandwich and chicken tenders. Load it up with pickles and the chic filet sauce and I'm nice for the day.

Incredibly rushed feeling but I understand they're busy. The food was good, but truly nothing special for the chicken flavor I honestly expected from a fast food place specializing in chicken! The lettuce was at least fresh & crunchy overall, but my bun was dry, even after I had ordered mayo (2nd time at this Plattsburgh drive-thru this has happened to me.) At least there was nobody standing outside in the rain attempting to hurry me even further with my order! I found that incredibly uncomfortable! I do think it's helpful to have the menu boards at the entry to the lines so we can look before entering the ordering line! Why not have a faster- "I know what I like" line and the 2nd as a "I'm new and need a moment to look" line instead!? AND I'LL KINDLY ACCEPT GIFT CARDS FOR MEALS AS MY CREDIT GIVEN FOR THIS BRILLIANT IDEA WHICH NO OTHER FAST FOOD ORDER LINE IS YET DOING! THANK YOU VERY KINDLY!

Travel from Montréal to Plattsburg NY to get some Chick fil a! Always a delish! Food was very good! Restaurant is very clean! Service is great as always at Chick fil a! See ya soon!

Just passing through from Montreal headed to New York and needed to grab a bite. Cashier was very friendly and patient as it was our first time eating at this chain. Food was quickly served and fresh. Very clean when we went. Best service of any fast food I've ever had around the world. Thanks everyone for a great job!

The staff are so caring and polite to everybody! They go out of their way to help you. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants. Everyone there has a good sense of humor also.  

We came all the way from Montreal. Definitely worth the ride. Amazing burger, the chicken is very clean and fresh. Even the chicken nuggets tasted good. Store is clean, it gets crowded tho on Saturday but they serve you very well and you get your food fast. They’re closed on Sundays.
Can’t wait to go back.

Very good chicken fast food place. Service was fast friendly and efficient. The southwest salad was very good and the produce used was fresh. The chicken nuggets were more the size of poppers but were also good. Also tried the chicken burger and grilled chicken wrap and was fresh and tasty. Loved the fresh flower vases on each table.

Understand why people are drawn to the place. The food is really good. The restaurant has so many people they need to clean more often in between visitors.

We always enjoy their chicken burgers and waffle fries. Always tasty and prepared just right. Lines are always long but move fairly quickly. It did take about 10-15 minutes, however, to get our food - a little long for a fast food place. We also always pick up their famous sauce (at Walmart) to take back home to Canada.

To be honest, I bought it in Plattsburg, but waited till I got to Montreal to eat it, which I had to microwave. It was nothing special. Then again, I waited a while to eat it, so yeah. Lastly, there are gluten-free meals as well.

Being from Montreal we had never had the opportunity to try Chick-fil-A until we happened to see this location while driving through Plattsburgh. The fussy eaters I was with really enjoyed their meals, the restaurant was incredibly clean and efficient and the staff lived up to their reputation as being impossibly friendly and pleasant.stunningly so. Looking forward to returning.

Stopped in at 6: 30 am with 6 hours left on our drive. We were greeted by team lead Ms. Cruz and were given the chick fil a experience that the brand is known for. Excellent, polite service. Fantastic quality fresh food. It's such a refreshing experience. Highly recommend.

Best chicken sandwich I ever ate and we were a group of 7 people. Waffle fries very good. Somewhat crowded but then again great food! Worth the visit and will return.

Fantastic! It's been over two decades since I had Chick-fil-A and my memory was off. I loved Chick-fil-A back then, but it is SO much better than my memories! Can't wait to drive an hour to go again!
