Have ordered here since last year, mostly through delivery. I like the Seoul sandwich and my favorite is tteobbokki! It tastes soooo good. It might be too spicy for those who are not familiar with tteobbokki but for me it is the best Ive ever had in NY!

Been curious about this place for a while. However curiosity almost killed the cat! I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. She said it would be about 15 mins because everything is cooked to order. I had time so I waited (who told me to do that). Chicken was not cooked properly (see pics). I will NEVER return to this place!
Best chicken place worth every buck! We got 18 pcs wings for three ppl and rice on the side and it was a perfect combo for us. Would definitely come back!

Having had their chicken a few times now, happy to say I will continue ordering. Service/delivery is quick and food is great. Fries are even delivered still crispy! Nice to have this option on the UES.
I ordered the soy garlic wings at this place and they came out a few minutes later. They were good, perhaps a bit stickier than I'd prefer, and went down well with the beer they serve in bottles.
Chicken Insider is a small business that I am so happy survived the brunt of the COVID-19 pandemic. The food is always fresh and never disappoints. The owner and staff are always so kind. Great spot, worth checking out!

I love getting delivery from Chicken Insider, I always end up with leftovers and the food always arrives hot and fresh. The customer service is also great! They have an impressive selection of yummy sauces too.
YUM - after passing by this place so many times, I finally went in and WOW! The soy garlic sandwich was delicious, and the chicken was so crispy. Even coming in close to store close, the chicken was hot, fresh, crispy, and so tasty. The ONLY thing is, the bun was a low-quality hamburger bun, and crumbled apart within the first two bites. Fix the bun and it’s a 10/10! Will absolutely be back!
The tteokbokki here is wheat tteokbokki. The spicy level of this tteokbokki was just right for me who can't eat spicy food well. It's also not too sweet, making it an even more perfect combination.
I will definitely order the tteokbokki again! The chicken was great! Not too salted, not too sweet!

What happened to tteokbokki for 5 months? I feel that the taste of tteokbokki has changed. It has become very spicy and its taste has changed considerably, so it is not the taste of tteokbokki before. I don't think I'll ever order tteokbokki again.
Not only was the atmosphere of this restaurant up to par with its food, but the customer service was also outstanding! 10/10 you’ll definitely see me here again:)
Loved the boneless chicken and cajun fries so so much! So flavorful and was about to enter a food coma as soon as I stepped out! Our server and cashier, Sam, was so kind and accommodating to my friend and I! I would absolutely come back here again!
