This review is about Kayann as a human being! I was very sick in an Uber shared yesterday, panicked and scared and stressed and Kayann happened to get in the Uber as my co-rider. I truly believe my guardian angels sent her. Within 2 seconds of sitting down, she asked me “are you okay? ” and told me she was a nurse. I broke down in tears and Kayann guided me through the breathing and spoke calmly and encouragingly to me the entire ride. She told me what to do when I got home to feel better and just connected with me as another human being in need. She even walked me to my front door when I got out of the cab. If she was this kind and healing to me, a stranger in a cab, I can only imagine what kind of warmth and support she brings to her patients. Thank you Kayann. You are an Angel

KayAnn helped deliver both my girls less than two years apart. She made the process of birthing my first baby so smooth, we had another one, lol, and wanted no one else but KayAnn. As a black first time mother and all the scary things you hear about high risk in child birth for black women; getting a Doula was highly recommended. She listened to our fears and goals for our pregnancy. She helped us every step of the way from resources on doctors, hospitals etc.and encouraged us to make a birth plan. She provided educational child birth classes that made the day of delivery less nerve-racking. I love her spirit as in times of uncertainty she makes everything feel okay. She also always has a little goodie bag the day of delivery. Thank you KayAnn for all your help! We appreciate you! Make sure you hire KayAnn as a your doula!

We are very grateful for the support that Kayan represents during this stage of pregnancy and during childbirth. She really helped us understand this whole process and we think that without her hard work and support we would not have been able to have a healthy and strong baby. All her knowledge and care during my pregnancy provided us with a great experience at her side. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Kayan for all your effort and dedication.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to take the newborn class I signed up for due to scheduling conflict, but Kayann completely refunded me and even offered a complimentary breast-feeding class for the inconvenience

I can not say enough about Kayann as an educator. My husband and I took her childbirth class that included newborn and postpartum care, and it went above and beyond anything we expected. She covers every scenario you may be presented with during your pregnancy and the labor process in detail we would never get from the general hospital birthing class. She was beyond patient with all of our questions and incredibly thorough in her answers. I can not recommend Kayann or her classes highly enough.

Kayan is amazing she really helped me and my partner/girlfriend push this baby out mad sure we was treated with respect. & she KNOWS what she is doing. Me and my girlfriend couldn’t be more happier with the knowledge and hand Kayan had provided and still providing my girlfriend felt like she was in a 5 star spa with the services Kayan provided at the hospital with her massages and what she should expect while in labor.words cannot express how amazing/knowledgeable and a beautiful soul Kayan is

Kayanna was absolutely excellent and had our daughter nursing in less than 2 hours! We would highly recommend her. She also went above and beyond in her follow up to make sure the following feedings went smoothly as well. She is knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

Our OB (affiliated with Weil Cornell) recommended Kayann as our birth & postpartum doula, and I'm so glad we went with her recommendation.

Kayann was amazing at making us feel confident going into labor - she laid out various birth scenarios, potential escalations at the hospital we might face, and best tactics to have our preferred minimal intervention delivery. Moreover, she helped us in figuring out what type of delivery we wanted without pushing any kind of personal agenda.

She was essential during my labor. She guided me into positions for progressing labor, guided my husband on best ways to support me, and generally took away the whole mental overhead of "is this going ok, what should we do now, should we go to the hospital now. " We found her presence and experience to be incredibly valuable.

Finally, it was just such a relief to be able to ask Kayann all sorts of questions leading up to, during, and after giving birth. Kayann's past experience as an RN really showed, and we benefited greatly from having her in our corner.

I’m so grateful to have been referred to Kayann! She is beyond wonderful! I had such a positive birth experience because of her. She is so sweet and talented and provided so much support for both me and my husband. I don’t know how anyone gives birth without her! Will definitely be using her again for my next birth!
