I have lived here for 5 years. Number one reason I live here is the price. I have several things that I could complain about for this place. But the number one thing is the parking. The parking here is a joke. The office does not care about you being able to park at your home. They will tell you that each place has enough parking for two cars. But does nothing about random cars taking those two parking spots. They honestly need to just number the spots. But they won't. This is an issue that has been brought up several times to the office. All they do is send out a letter.

Mold all over, maintenance hasn't fixed anything in the 3 years we have lived here even though we call repeatedly. The neighbors upstairs run a trap house and threatened to beat up my pregnant girlfriend. This place is no different than the projects in Rochester. Dont move here especially if you have kids.

Read the comments. We lived here three months and three months too long. The AC wreaked of mold and my baby was sick from almost the day we moved in here. It was by the grace of God that neighbors shared their mold horrors with us so we could save our family from further illness. Aspergillosis is deadly within weeks in infants and they had no convictions about moving us in whatsoever. It’s really a shame.

Great floorplans & cool layouts; they have vanities and dens in some units and mega closet space; porches for sitting out; big, beautiful, well-maintained pool; nice park-like setting. Office staff is attentive and professional.

I would not recommend anyone to move here. The walls are so thin of the apartments. You can hear everything of your upstairs neighbor, every footstep. In general these apartments are not maintained well. There is mold in some of the apartments and mice issues!

We have asked the Office to have the dishwasher fixed, which hasen't worked for the 10 years we're sad to say we lived here. We asked then to fix the screen door in the front and they didn't and one day it fell on my Grandmother's head and we almost watched her pass out and she told us "if she does, then call 911". That was something no one in your family should see. There has been black mold in the basement, that has been growing for years, and again we asked them to fix, but of course agian failed to complete the task. The upstairs door doesn't work and they did NOT fix. They even came in for the inspection to see what was working in the apartment, and right then and there we told them specifically the front door screen needed to be fixed, so after they didn't that one day the tragic insidient happened and they DIDN'T even write up an insident report. They're persueing not even to wait after the Holiday's and throw us out at Christmas when we all know the true meaning of the Holiday and us Kids have had to see our Grandmother CRYING. I'm telling you if you move to this place everyone living in the complex always talks about all the back luck they expeirience all the TIME. This place has Cat outside in the cold Winter the Office of course does nothing about. Many people here had to call the human society to pick them up and do the Office's dirty work. I tried to pet the Person's across the streets cat and it bit me very hard and i still have scars from. We told the Office and they didn't care one bit. They also let petifiles move into this place, with all the Children in the this complex. I don't know how many times we got a letter from our school, telling us which the Office failed to do that there was one after the other after the other moving into the these apartment, which are all at the WORST level 3. I at the age of 14 am looking for jobs to help pay for stuff because i want to help and i'm scared. At the Office it reacks of the smell of smoke with all the kids in this Office and ALL the workers always smoking and nevr picking uo the cigarettes they throw on the outside ground amd blow it right in your face. After reading all the bad reviews they have and this i would NEVER move into here.

I've been here one year. Yesterday I saw a news report that in one of the buildings, mold and mildew were growing in the basement. Tenants called the management but nothing was done, so they contacted the county health dept. I have only minor complaints - the hallway and stairs in my building have only been cleaned once since last winter. The people in the next building have a big gas grill on their balcony, and they cook on it - this is a violation of the county's fire code and is a danger to us all, and the grill is in plain sight, but the management hasn't done anything about it, and they ignored a phone message I left. In fact, if you call them for any reason, there's nobody answering the phone even during business hours. My kitchen is awful, the cabinets are in bad shape and the dishwasher looks prehistoric. Will move out next year, I hope.

Staff and management is terrible. Midland management is the property owner of this complex and they do nothing about or for this property. They need to fire everyone and start over. But the corporate office is nasty and are horrible with dealing with tenants complaints and issues. All they want is money, money, money. These people don't do anything. They corporate office is no help. Don't move here!

Mold everywhere my kids got sick and went to the hospital for there breathing! Do not rent from this place. They have mouses and bugs and all you smell is mold coming threw the basements and walls is painted over! Disgusting they need to be shut down and remodeled. Maint does not fix the problem if they come at all they will patch it.

The entire complex is infested with mice. They are the most unprofessional group ever. Even the corporate office.

Mold everywhere. You can smell the mold from my bed. Leaks in ceiling and they did nothing leaks in closet. Getting blood test Friday and hoping the building owner will let a mold inspector come in. Worst place they do nothing for u. Place just needs to be closed for good b4 someone dies from the mold if no one has already. Picture they show u r nothing like wht u will be getting.

This is the third apartment I have had in my life and BY FAR, CHILI COMMONS IS THE WORST experience I have ever had. I moved in to a first floor apartment initially and had the pleasure of listening to the TV of the tenant above me for literally 6-8 hours a day everyday because the buildings are so pathetically cheap. I heard him talk on his phone, sing in the shower, the floors creak everywhere he walked, along with other things. I relocated to this area to go to school so that's what I listened to while trying to get my homework done. Then the disconnected, looking to cut a corner anywhere they can corporate management relayed a message through the leasing office acting like they did me a favor by letting me move to another one of their apartments. The second apartment isn't nearly as bad as the first (which is not saying much at all) but I still get the privilege of listening to my downstairs neighbor because of how pathetically cheap ALL the buildings are. One of the representatives in the leasing office who doesn't even know what she is doing three quarters of the time, doesn't even correctly comprehend the concept of a co-signer, was beyond rude to me the day I came to look at the apartments. I felt like she was looking for reasons to tell me why I was not going to be able to get an apartment. I'm not a felon, and I told her I had a co-signer whose info could allll be verified, and she still treated me like she couldn't believe I was looking to lease. WHO DOES THAT? ! I FOOLISHLY plowed through with the process because I was relocating to the area and had about a day to get a living situation settled and the only thing this place had going for it was the location. The same rep gave wrong info about two times during the move in process, created several headaches from her incompetence, and after confirming the move in date TWICE on two separate phone calls, she almost wasn't going to let me move in when I had a UHAUL with all my belongings in the parking lot, had just driven 5 hours, and a group of ppl waiting at the building to help me move in. I have no idea how this woman has not been shown the door. The place doesn't even have an option online to pay your rent. My life is not that inconvenienced by that lack, but it is a huge indicator of how little the owners would like to invest in their business. Who doesn't have an online payment option these days or the application online? I could go on forever. After reading a review like this, it would probably be very hard to believe that I am the type of tenant who shows up, pays their rent, maybe picks up a package, and other than that you don't see or hear from me. I am by no means a petty person who makes mountains out of a molehill. Quite the opposite. It has to be pretty bad and I have to be pushed quite hard to be this mad. Long story short, stay AWAY from this place. Worst decision ever to sign a lease here.

Our townhome is very large, we've had good service and love the pool! Lots of parking and nice playground.

Office staff is very rude and unprofessional. Never been treated as a number in a crowd by any other facility before. Simple tasks can't even be completed in a timely fashion.

I have been here three years and think that is is a nice place to live. Staff has treated me well I have no complaints.
