I had such a pleasant experience with my rental experience at Chili Gardens. Holly assisted me throughout my experience with being approved and living at this residence. She was very professional kind understanding and knowledgeable. Any issues I had which was very few was handled in a timely manner.

My apartment got broken into neighbors always leaving front door open for anyone to wonder in. Cockroach problem. My bldg kept shaking and come to find out they put a drainage tube under the bldg but still I moved. Racist neighbors.

My time here I haven't really had a problem that wasn't solved, whether it be, residents, maintenance or office personnel, I'm happy here.
