Chili's Grill & Bar, Niagara Falls NY

The food was very good but our server was not. I came to visit my family from Florida and decided to take them to dinner only for the evening to be ruined. I don't know her name because she did not even bother to say it. As my daughter was about to order something to drink she rudely ignored her and walked way, she had to ask her to come back. She did not once check up on us while we ate our food, when we were getting done she stated that we could pay at the table and left, we never saw her again. Nettles to say our experience was not good. I guess they were right about new Yorkers

Food could be better i have been here a few times in the last year and I always leave with a sour stomach and I try something new ever time but the servers /waitresses are nice and consistent

Food great as always! Server was a little disinterested in us after our drink order. Didn't get order totally correct and never asked if it was right or even good. Still will go back.

Daughter took me for Dad's day we sat at bar I had steak she had a Mexican burger of some kind. All in all a great time and wonderful memory

Just ok. Food was burned and salty and the service was very slow - although they did seem very short staffed to be fair.

Average. Long wait to make to go order and food is average at best. Had a chance to peek into kitchen and noticed none of the cooks were wearing gloves so check for fingernail clippings and dead skin in your meal!

I asked the waitress why the salsa was like water she said it was supposed to be like that. It didn't even have any chunks of tomatoes! I was shocked. Everything else was good.

Our server ran her tail off for us. We were shocked that they still had a hard time with severs. They were only able to serve 1/2 the tables

Food was great! Service was good, staffing was short which caused delays in seating, and the restaurant had to close 30 minutes early due to staffing shortages. Hopefully people get back to work soon!

The spacing between tables was phenomenal, food delicious, our waitress was even fantastic but listening to the bartender talk to her friend on her cellphone loudly about finding her match maker soon was ridiculous. But the worst part of it all was her mask below her chin & never actually over her mouth/nose. Speaking to customers, serving customers, making drinks without a face covering is unprofessional, disrespectful, potentially even dangerous. As a healthcare professional myself I find this unacceptable.

Ordered chips and waitress said they had run out by 8 pm on Saturday. Draft beer flat, a different beer ordered, that also was flat. Then told had run out of sour cream for my fajitas (although a table that was seated after us all got sour cream). No sign of a manager anywhere in the place. Waitress "kindly" informed us that she was not going to charge us for the chips that they didn't give us. Restaurant is located less than 500 yards from three grocery stores where they could have

procuredd chips or sour cream

Fast and efficient, food was good. Santa feel salad was on point. Just not a fan of the darker aesthetic. Feel like when you think of chilies you think poppin red.

The food was very very dry. The mac n cheese and mashed potatoes for my little cousin was very dry and my food was dry. I even tried to add cream and heat it up but it still did no help. The pasta was super hard I can barely chew it.very sad and disappointing.

The food was good and the service was excellent! We went in with a party of 11 and our server Amber did an wonderful job keeping on top of everything. Everything was perfect and among all the chaos nothing was messed up.

Ordered a mushroom swiss burger medium came out well done but was not dry so was still good, the waitress Amber was excellent very prompt and delightful as a server

Terrible food, my order was completely wrong. Went back to get it remade and it was worse the second time.:) thanks but no thanks

Tables placed apart accordingly. Waitresses with masks. Food well prepared. Always have a small bottle of sanitizer with you!
