Had an online order for ranch chicken quesadillas and they forgot the ranch the pop taste like water and the Texas cheese fries tasted like they were three days old

Everything was amazing. They really took great care of us. And was amazing with my 2 year old daughter. We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere was typical Chili's. There was a patron on a call with H&R Block he was talking so loud I think they could hear him outside, I think he was a regular. I had this Texas option it came with a brisket quesadilla, and cheddar jalapeno sausage. Sausage was under cooked. Was cold when it got to the table. Quesadilla jad cheese, but it was not melted. I got it for the corn on the cob that came with it. Spices were good. But the corn was dried out. I should have known better. But, after a long day we just wanted to eat. maps sent us here when we searched "wings only. "

Service was fast and friendly. Food came out perfectly as well. The ladies room could have stood a little attention but overall a great experience

Had to wait 20 minutes to get seated, because of staffing, even though half the restaurant was empty. The waitstaff that was there took our orders pretty quickly and our salads were brought to us by one of the kitchen staff members. Food was good. Staff did a good job covering multiple stations. Please remember to tip your servers well. Remember, they showed up to work when others choose not to.

Always good when your are tired of cooking. Sat at the bar by myself and felt comfortable. Bartender was really nice and attentive.

2 for 25 is completely gone. Would be fine if they upped the price to like 30-35. But alas; it's gone. The 10oz steak alone is 20; so it kinda defeats the purpose. Won't be going here again till it's back sadly. Ik inflation is bad rn but it's the fact that I don't think most of their food matches the price. All good though, hope it comes back soon!

I’ve never been one to leave reviews but this is a place I will never go to again or order from. The place had maybe 3 tables not even and there were no workers at the front desk and no workers at the pickup desk. Two women and I'm guessing the manager (because he was in normal clothes) had all caught eyes with me and proceeded to go back in the kitchen and did not come out for a while. A completely different girl then came out and directed me where to go but there was no person to help as there were workers just standing around in the kitchen. Then they got more than half our order wrong and when we looked at the receipt the person who took the order carelessly put all the wrong items down.

Good place to go to eat and have a good time with people. I highly recommend the Cajun chicken pasta from the 2 for $25 menu or at least I think it's on there. The side salads are good as well.

My ribs were TERRIBLE!
Don't know if it were the ribs themselves or the sauce I selected. But I don't plan on coming here again. $23+ down the drain!

On a more positive note, our server was extremely nice.

It was very cold in there. Servers need to check if anything is needed instead of sitting and talking to other coworkers

The service was good but the food had some issues. The salad that was served had rotten cucumber in it along with some rotten lettuce. The brisket that was used on a burger dish was dry and bland. Almost looked like pork.

Service was good, very polite. Place was kinda dirty, especially booth walls and menus. Food was good but the corn was sooooooo dry, it was like eating an uncooked cob.

Always good food. Service was not great this time. Had to go find a server after waiting 20 mins because one never came over to take order.

This was our first time at Chile's. Service was good, food was good, atmosphere was good. They only complaint I had was my food was at best warm (mashed potatoes and broccoli) I was going to get it microwaved but our server was quite busy.
