This is an often hang out spot for me & my cousin's. We can always count of fast reliable food with pretty good service for 3 for $10.can't beat that!

I love Chili's. The staff is GREAT! They work so hard & fast service. I have been coming here for yrs. I have celiac disease & they have options. Chicken steak, salads, burgers without the roll, ect. Food is always served hot, Lg portions. They do have corn shells for fajitas, & soup for GF. The awesome chips are corn also. Enjoy!

Went here with a friend of mine and they brought my food out and the fries were ice cold, didn't put any of the condiments on my burger. Our waitress was no where to be found. I didn't enjoy my meal one bit, but the chips and salsa were good!

Our waitress Elizabeth was nice and friendly. She had good timing in table touching. The food was good and well priced. And the service was quick and easy

Came here for our anniversary as this location is where we first got engaged. I was amazed at how filthy the restaurant was. Tables weren't washed, food all over the floor. I was disgusted! After placing my order, the waiter had to come back to ask again what I had ordered. When our food finally came, mine was not correct. The waiter was not very attentive as he was to busy chatting with other patrons. Just a horrible experience!

The worst ribs and steak on earth. Both were so overcooked you could not cut them or tear off the bone. Worst experience. Will never go to chilis again

Day at the bar. Drinks were well poured, service was better than expected, and bar/restaurant were extremely clean. Will be visiting again

If we could provide a NEGATIVE rating we surely would. We were in time visiting with family this past Tuesday at this location. Not only was the waitress uptight and couldn’t be bothered with patrons but the food was so horrible. We could literally hear her microwaving our food and after sharing with her the several issues with our table starting with the lack of cleanliness, we left. Long story short we all were very sick after eating at this location. For your own safety, BE AWARE and steer clear. So disappointing and we’re still recovering from the bad food.

Very poor customer service. Waitress didn't bring our food out others did it for her and did not bother to ask if we needed drinks or refills. Employee's were swearing in the back. Food was poor not happy at all. Very bad experience. Doesn't even qualify for a one star review.

I ordered the chicken crispers. They arrived cold. The corn that was served was chewy, cold and old. I flagged down our server and explained the situation. He took my dinner away. He returned with my fries and corn. About 4 minutes later, he returned with the same "crispers " that had been microwaved to a rubbery consistency and doused with about a cup of sauce until glistening. They were virtually disgusting and inedible. I will say the fries weren't half bad. But the rest of the meal was garbage.

I will only give one star since the food was good. However, we ordered some good for pickup and our burgers were missing the sides we specified. Since we live over 20 minutes away, I called the restaurant and the person on the other side said we will get refunded. I was satisfied with this response because I didn’t want to drive 50 min to come back to cold burgers. I waited over a month and didn’t receive anything back. This order was at the end of June and no refunds as of yet.

I wish I could leave 10 stars. This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Our server, Brenton, was amazing and should be promoted to owner!

Stopped by for dinner for two for $25. Lots of delicious food and we had an experienced server, Miss Stephanie. We visit this restaurant when in Buffalo/ Niagara Falls area.

Chilis on Nfb u need a hostess to be at the front door, customers should not be waiting 5 to 10 minutes before being seated ESPECIALLY when there are plenty of open tables. The manager on duty should have been managing that if hostess not there. They cld also help out with refilling drinks. Thank God out waitress was very good or it would have been a complete no return for me! Shout out to olivia the waitress good job! Maybe make her manager or assitant.

The door is literally locked with customers inside eating and no explanations as to why you're not going to be served, or how to be served in general. It's laughable that this is the operating procedure at a corporate restaurant. I called to ask how to avoid this embarrassing moment for my family next time and not one of the employees we were staring at answered the phone. Common Decency is the beginning of customer service

Great service but because no one wants to work anymore we had to wait 20 minutes when the place was 3/4 empty. Not the restraunts fault. We called fridsys nope 30 minute wait applebees was closed at 8 pm all due to staffing issues. The waitress was excellent and good was good.

I was treated to birthday brunch I haven't been here in years the fool was outstanding and my waitress for me and my family was one of the most beautiful young ladies I've ever seen I said I got a great meal and someone real beautiful to bring it to me my kids are cracking up slow down young man I wish I was young again grateful to face 57 and had a wonderful time at your restaurant God bless all the workers there
