Chili's Grill & Bar reviews
16 I love Chili's but this location is very bad first time I went there the chicken wasn't cooked I decided not to say nothing I just didn't eat it.
I decided to go again and this time the chicken wings had hair on it this time I said something to the waitress and said she was sorry and didn't charge me for that meal that will be the last time me and my family and friends will go back to this Chili's.
This Chili's does a fantastic job getting online and delivery orders out.
They have a good system in place.
I've always favored Chili's over TGIF or an Applebee's.
They are all pretty good these days as far as online ordering.
I just enjoy the menu options at Chili's. Great wings, burgers, margaritas
They have the NFL Sunday ticket, decent parking, and I've been impressed with their staff. Normally friendly and helpful.
Appreciate that.
Delivery, I find Grubhub does a good job getting customers' orders. I think they have more drivers that are mature, maybe a little older, or wiser.
I'm not sure, but GH is good in this market.
If you desire a good meal, great atmosphere and friendly crew, look no further. This is the place to go for lunch or dinner with reasonable price.
If you're into seafood, steak, guacamoli and margaritas, their menu offers a variety of Tex-Mex meals cooked just right with plenty of space whether you want a quiet spot or by the bar where the action is.
We have eaten there often but last weekend there wasn’t any taste to the food, along with dried up chicken with old sour cream.
Great servers, unpleasant atmosphere, inscrutable menu. What is the appeal of TGI Chilibees? Personally, I'd rather go to a real restaurant owned by locals, or just settle for regular fast food at a fraction of the price.
The food was super good… but the server was amazing! Alicia makes you fall in love with her… her energy… enthusiasm… attentive… always friendly and yet professional… Never had no issues at this location… but today was something else… she’s unique!
*Service was good* *Food was ok*
They told us that the dining room on the left side over by the bathrooms were closed, when I went to the restroom I seen at least 6 or 7 different tables full of people & I was shocked they insisted putting us in the bar area! Otherwise I would give them 4-5 stars I appreciate being treated like that when paying almost $100 for dinner!
Ordered online and picked up curbside. No salsa for the chips and salsa appetizer. 2 sets of silverware for 4 orders that needed them. And the food was cold. Thank goodness our hotel room had a microwave.
This Chili's is busier than my local Chili's. I love Chili's mostly for the value to your money, they always have some deals or combos available. On the reverse side this Chili's seems quite dirty and grimy. The floors are worn are sticky. The food is just average. Service was attentive and friendly.
Always great food and service here. My family comes probably once a month and are never dissapointed. Good prices and food comes out fast!
Still the same taste in food, but the souces were not as tasty as before, they were lighter! Service was good. The light adjustments were off especially in the bar area over high tables.
Food was not good for anyone in our party. I had steak & shrimp fajitas. Steak was tuff & shrimp had to much seasoning. We slao ordered Cajun pasta Alfredo & it was very dry. We ordered wings & they were soggy. Not worth the $ we spent.
As a cook, your chef/cooks need to be retrained or fired.
Your "queso" was an abomination to all queso. You're serving non traditional queso that taste like its been re-heated more than 1x. If you guys don't know how to make real queso, just say that and keep it off the menu. Don't serve people that sloppy wanna be queso but is really just cheesey meat sauce, yet you can't admit your cooking sucks and still serve it.
Overall though. The entire visit/meal was ok at best.
I recommend going to anywhere but here honestly.
The menu sucks and kitchen staff clearly can't cook.
When you go to chili’s, it’s not their rice, sandwiches but the ribs… The ribs are way better than outback (sorry outback), all the ribs taste excellent, very tender for my 8 and 9 year olds. When you go to Chili’s, always order the ribs.
Be there several times and always had same issue. Be ready to wait for 30-40 minutes for your table although its a lot of empty tables. If you want to sit in the bar area where 60% is empty seats, you still should wait for 30 minutes to have your beer and chips. Do not waist your time just go to different place. Food 3/5. Place cleanest rated 3/5, bathroom 1/5.
