The employees are so lazy to accept a phone order they keep you on hold as long as possible so you hang up. Seven minutes and counting.

I ordered A simple molten cake for curbside. Instructions said to text “here” when outside, so i did. 15 minutes passed after i texted so i called And asked if my order was ready, the rep said “it’s been ready” i told them i texted the number like instructions said to do so and no one came out.he hung up on me, came out and gave me my order aggressively and walked away.beautiful customer service:)

I know it's hard during the Pandemic, but they really need to communicate when they're behind. The online ordering system said the order would be ready in 30-minutes, we got there exactly on time and our order wasn't ready for another 45 minutes.

When I asked a staffember about it (after waiting 20 minutes) he said it would be right out. 25 minutes later it was finally ready.

No one came out to tell anyone waiting that the orders were that backed up, or even maybe a system via email to inform folks, or a more accurate way to estimate time.

Our order was also missing the street corn and the dipping sauce for the chicken wings.
