3I have a large lock box that the key broke off in the lock. I called them and the woman I spoke to told me I could walk in and they would take a look and see what they could do. I immediately went down and it took about 10 minutes to get the broken key out and they charged me a very reasonable fee. If They were this helpful and courteous with this small task, then I feel that any of their safe installations and/or security installations would be completed with equal quality, attention detail, and efficiency.
Helped me out in a pinch and were friendly from start to finish. Fixed the lock on my motorcycle after I lost the key. It was done in twenty minutes.
