China House reviews
15The most flavorless king pao shrimp I’ve ever had. I ordered it extra spicy and it was completely mild. The vegetable dumplings had too much dough and not enough filling. The pepper steak was ok. Fried rice was also bland.
Some of the best Chinese food and they have great chicken wings. You cannot eat there you must get it to go.
Seems like an alright spot, not the best in the area but good Chinese joint. Haven’t had problems with the other dishes like people have been complaining about.
New to the area. Found on Uber eats but decided to go pick it up. The shop is small so you would drive right past it but the food is amazing.
Fast and delicious I ordered orange chicken and spicy pork pick-up and it was really good! Food was really delicious and fresh. Seasoning was very nice too. I will definitely order again soon:) I recommend!
Egg Foo Yung is a staple Chinese food. Mine arrived burnt and with lumpy gravy. I used to really like China House but was shocked and disappointed this time
Our go to for Chinese take out! They have reasonable prices and great food. They fill the containers to the max and give you a bang for your buck! The staff are very friendly and the woman who works there always says hi to our 3 year old son.we recommend this place to everyone when they ask for the best Chinese food!
Was told By an Male Employee here Not to come Back, After an Dispute On A Mistake on Their Part. When We Ordered Food We Clearly Said No Onions/No vegetables, Upon Receiving The Food Everything Had Onions and Vegetables. The Only Thing That didn't have Onions/Vegetables was the White Rice.
So When We Got our refund The Gentleman Said Don't come Back. #WorstCustomerService
Update: The Phone Call was Actually Recorded Because We Used Our Business Phone To Order The food. We Played Back The audio And we Can Actually Hear The Gentleman Confirming What we Ordered Especially The No Onions No Vegetables special Request
We don't Know Who has Responded To This Review But please Remember this one little bit of advice, please pay attention to fine details when a customer is ordering food because there is a Thing called food allergies. So when the person confirmed our order and acknowledged what we said it shouldn't have been a mistake.that's why most companies write everything down
We Have Multiple Witnesses when we ordered our food during our lunch break. So Lying On a Public Thread @China House Isn't very Professional also.
So Now Added To Complaints of Worst Customer Service, Ignored Food Allergies we Can Safely Say "Bad Misrepresentation on Behalf of this Establishment because Whomever Replied On Behalf of this Restaurant lied on a Public forum
Some of their food is good but I don’t know what happens with their won ton soup! The first time it was good, the second time it was mixed with egg drop soup, yuk! And the third time it was COLD and we couldn’t get past the fishy smell to even eat it! Double yuk!
NASTY! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARTS greasy french fries how dear they even give people that and they charge too much for the nasty food next time i order Chinese food WILL NOT BE FROM THERE
Food is not worth the price. Ordered wings and fries and the french fries were cold greasy and smashed. Chicken tastes good but not cooked enough. Never again.
Delicious! The veggie portions are always generous, too. If you like a little bit of heat, appetizer #11 is great as a shared side or a main dish for 1–2 people. The pork & cabbage soup is another favorite of mine that's not on most other takeout menus in the area.
Very slow.very bad customer serives.waiting over 15 mins at door after food said ben ready.
Not the most beautiful looking restaurant but the food was great, better than other Chinese restaurants I’ve been to so can’t complain.
The food was an hour late food was cold and and burnt and there was hair in it and when I called back the lady was rude and said there was no way the food was cold and hung up on me I dont recamend this place at all really rude and nasty
