Amazing takeout from a family oriented establishment. When you need some really delicious food really quick this is the place I recommend.

I asked for extra hot sauce and the lady gave me 4 packets. I asked for more and she said "no thats too much". I had ordered a large order of general tso, order of chicken wings and fries for context. I never had another Chinese food spot skimp me on sauce lol. Such a weird experience. The lady was rude from the start. Bad customer service. Lost a customer and I been coming here for almost 2 years.

I love the orange chicken. Never been disappointed with egg rolls or fried rice either. Staff has always been friendly.

The barbecue ribs are tough, and the shrimp Egg Foo Young is nasty and has no seasoning and the gravy is thin. I will never order from them again. I CALLED China Jade and the owner is rude and didn't care.

I love this place. Orders ready in 20 minutes or less. I never have to wait. Food is excellent. It is a family business and they are very nice.

The food is good. I especially like the sauteed vegetables and veggie fried rice. The service is quick too.

Great service, not too crowded, not too long of wait, in a Mini-Plaza, have to speak loudly sometimes for them to hear you but friendly consistent service!

We eat here (technically we pick up from here) pretty often. The food is always extremely fresh and the prices are very low for the quality and serving size.

China Jade is the best choice for Chinese food in the Cheektowaga/Sloan area.

Absolute WORST food ever. Fried dumplings were soft and mushy, more like boiled than fried, dipping sauce was straight soy sauce. Egg roll: crispy on the outside but filled with tasteless cabbage swimming in grease. General Tso chicken to was extremely sweet and way overcooked. Was like trying to chew pebbles. Never again!

I have been going to this place for a few months now and I have given this place chance after chance! Well today was it for me. I got wonton soup and shrimp fried rice. As soon as I took my soup out of the bag my kids noticed there was hair floating inside of it. I immediately called and spoke to the women that answers the phone and takes the orders. First she told me to prove it! I was taken back by her response I told her I was in the house for the night, but I can send her a picture she then told me no I needed to bring it back now in order for her to fix it because she didn’t believe it! I asked if I could just bring it in tomorrow she told me no and said she needed to see it tonight! At this point I said I don’t understand why she was being nasty and rude to me because it was not my fault that she has hair in my soup! She said thank you! Not addressing my concerns at all, and then she hung up on me! I drove up there she poures the soup in the cooking area and said she saw no hair and told me it was celery that I saw, I told her no I know the difference between celery and black hair. Needless to say I ended up walking out! Never ever go here worst experience every! Very nasty, these people know nothing about customer service.

The owners are very polite and never make you feel rushed. I've never had an issue with their quality. Order is always speedy.

Best Chinese Food ever! I’m pretty picky about my Chinese food everywhere else because this place has the best!
