I’m glad I didn’t make the mistake of purchasing food from here after reading the reviews, my husband and I was about to order beef and broccoli large, the cook/cashier said $13.95 and that’s the medium bowl. We asked for large, they said they only have medium bowl which was extremely small, they’re too expensive for such a little portion of food, other restaurants have the rectangular large bowl for that price, what a rip off

I have to say the food here is pretty amazing. I have been going here for several years and the food is top quality everytime I order. You can’t go wrong with their fried rice! Their prices are also relatively cheap compared to the other places in the area.

Eating in food ok, little dirty, very busy, food is expensive, A bottle of water is 1.30, just spent 40.00 dollars which is ok, but a bottle of water for 1.30, is ridiculous, if the food is over priced by 20/percent, at least be curious, and sell the water for a 1.00 please, not to smart, just because of the water I wouldn't return for any food before i the water

Always loved this place. Have been eating here for 15+ years before the protective window at the ordering station (which saddens me, how the neighborhood changed n the class of people have made hard workers like them fear for their safety and being robbed) was there. Once in a blue I will order take out but I usually have them deliver. Lately, I get the sense that many of the people that they ate delivering to do not tip the drivers. Up until a few years ago I never felt that but I do now. When I tip them a $5 bill for a $30 chev, they are overjoyed. That to me is a sign that people are not tipping them. That is tacky and classless. It only shows me that their recent clientele has changed and they don't often go out to a sit down restaurant with proper cutlery and linen table cloths. Tipping is not city in China. 18% is what they say people should leave normally but 20% is what people normally leave that go out for a sit down dinner and are not cheap. Yes it's only a delivery and 18% should be sufficient especially because the price of gas is through the roof. Not to mention that they arrive in a extremely timely fashion. The food is as hot as it is when it comes out of the frying pan. Have some class and treat them the way you would want to be treated if you were surviving off of delivering take out food.

We were craving some good Chinese food so bad and saw this place and thought it would be good and boy were we wrong! Their food is expensive and it was old! The yellow rice was hard and tasted funny, the chicken wings you could tell had been there for a long time, they too tasted funny. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and the sauce was a dark redish brown color and tasted terrible (its supposed to be bright orange red) the chicken was super hard and old! I also bought 2 egg rolls but dumped them because those too were probably old as well and my husband's noodles weren't noodling first and last time!

The best Chinese food I’ve had in NYC in past 33 years. When they say white meat general chicken they mean it! Best quality food I still drive from queens to eat there!

We've been ordering from China Palace for years and tonights dinner didn't disappoint. The ribs (bone-in) large were meaty and flavorful. The soup for 2 is filled with chicken, pork, small shrimp and vegetables a meal in itself. We also ordered house special fried rice and lo mein, plenty of vegetables and meat. That's for another night, too full.
We highly recommend China Palace.

I bought hot and sour soup, scallon pancakes and broccoli w/ garlic sauce.
I wanted something quick.not feeling well. Opened my soup.bug floating on top. I returned it all. Of course it was my fault. (sarcasm) the response was a bad attitude and a dismissal. Not good and never again!
