Chinatown Cardiology, Queens NY

Very busy clinic but I got great attention and care from all of the staff. Dr Lau and NP Claire ordered the right tests (ecg and echocardiogram) and discussed the plan the same visit. Dr Lau picked up subtle changes that no other cardiologist did for me in the past - I'm often written off because I'm 'young'. I'm glad I'm on the right path to diagnosis after this visit. Also shout-out to the awesome echo tech. She squeezed in my test somehow and saved a lot of time.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Liou explained to me thoroughly about my health status and the tests were done for me. He is professional and easy to communicate to. The only thing I was not too satisfied with was the wait time.

The staff who called out patients was like a racing car, did everything like a rocket, I felt my heart was as racing, imagine for those elderly heart problem patients. The front desk was so rude; rolling her eyeballs, speaking very hostile to patients, ordering them to sit,
I think all the good reviews are mostly for the doctors. I would give the doctor for the most of 4 to 5 stars but in here, I need to address the plain unprofessionalism of the front desk culture.they have to learn to do their job right, or, If you don't like you job please don't show to the patient, it makes me disgusted. It's abusive. We all come for a visit of doctors, not for the abusive behavior.

Who would want your abusive order, your roar, and you believe you have "the power" of doing so.that's plain not right, none of the patients want it, but they just keep silence, or they can't speak for themselves.

100% positive, first time experience with Dr. Lau and his professional staff. Had an early appointment and did not have to wait long - about 10 minutes - before the assistants commenced recording my vital signs. Office is modern, clean and tidy (though I wish they had an electronic sanitizer for the pens). Dr. Lau was extremely patient in explaining and answering my questions. Looking forward to my follow-up visit.

We saw Dr. Frank Tung and was overall satisfied with the clinic but the wait was an hour before we saw the physician

The waiting time is short and the facilities are modern & tidy. The doctor & the staff are friendly.

It was amazing. Office was extremely clean and safe. All the staffs from front desk to nurse, US tech Dr. Tung were all professional caring and thorough. Amazing doctor. Took his time and explained everything. I feel so grateful to find him as my mother’s cardiologist.

The receptionist was very pleasant. I felt welcome. The male nurse took the time to tell me my blood pressure reading and to assure me that the Doctor would be with me in a few. Dr Michael Liou was thorough with me. He took the time to explain everything to me. He is very professional. I highly recommend Chinatown Cardiologist in Flushing, Queens.
