The office manager Joy was horrendously disrespectful and rude to me when calling me about my father’s condition. She called me and proceeded to rush me off the phone and told me that she needed to get off the phone. When I called her out, she said that I was “imagining things”. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she was the manager and then passed me off to her colleague. She was extremely unprofessional.

I love the care, concern and humor. Dr Henry always takes the time to explain everything. He is professional and thorough. The care shown to all patients by the entire staff is admirable and very much appreciated

I felt Dr Sui is irresponsible and impatient, I took the ultrasound scanning test they didn’t even explain the reports, whole process made me feel like they doing shady stuff.

I work in the demanding financial services area. I am so grateful for weekend appointments! From the time I arrive, the front desk staff is attentive and welcoming. Dr. Michael Liou is amazingly patient and listens attentively answering all my questions. I have never felt rushed through my appointments and feel a genuine care for me as a patient. In a city and industry that are highly stressed, I trust and know you will be given the best attention and exceptional care at Chinatown Cardiology!

Very long wait and confusing check in but all employees were courteous and very quick. Dr Chen was very attentive and thorough. Looking to feel better and have better BP.

I saw Dr. Chen and she was amazing. She was the only doctor in the office that day (and it was busy) and she took her time with me and I did not feel rushed. She listend to me and answered all of my questions. The office overall was very clean. The front desk staff and the rest of the staff were all very nice and pleasant. I definitely will come back and recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Horrible and nasty front end phone persons do not want to hear what you have to say. Lack phone etiquette and very Unprofessional. Nasty nasty nasty and they just hang up on you. Ask for office manager will not put person on them they hang up. Very nice looking place very clean Great Doctors.
But no one should be treated like this
