I appreciate how well managed this location is, It's organized and clean. The food could be a little warmer.

Thank you to whoever made my order on Dec. 15 at 5pm! It was exactly how I wanted it. My order online was correct and delicious ‍️ All the portions were perfect!

I like the food, but the service is the worst. The throw napkins inside the bag and customer watching. What a awful people!

Certified loyal client to this company. They are very accommodating and responsive! The painting crew was very professional and really pleasant to work with. There is no rhyme nor reason as to the amount of meat given to each dish. There should be a fixed amount based on weight, size, etc. One employee was much more generous than the other, and I felt I was cheated. $10 plus is not inexpensive for a dish of rice, beans, etc.and very little meat. There should be so standard.

I ordered from this location through seamless, the driver forgot half of my order and I thought there was no way to get it to me. Thankfully I got a call directly from this Park Ave Chipotle location stating the driver left my food behind and they personally brought it to me! 5 stars! I forgot the gentleman’s name who helped me out but so nice! Thanks so much!

Overcharged me for a burrito which is standard and refuse to give my regular price since I asked for extra cheese. What’s worse is the burrito tasted strange as if something was expired.

Chipotle doesn’t charge extra for cheese? ! Super rude staff, go to any other location.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is great & the food is outstanding. It's Oaxacan food, so there's no cheesy, gooey stuff. It's tasty, authentic and fresh food. My favorite appetizer is the Umami Mole-delicious battered mushrooms with a 22 ingredient mole sauce. My other favorite is the cochinita pibil. They also have amazing cocktails.

Nothing beats authentic Mexican cuisine I’m lucky enough to live in close proximity to the real deal. I guess if I was from the UK like my compadres I would be mucho excited about a Chipotle.but it’s ok.

I absolutely love chipotle, but the only con is that the lemonade is bad. I literally think it's old. But other than that, gj Chipotle

If my children and I go to a Chipotle restaurant, I purchase a burrito with barbacoa, cilantro-lime white rice, beans, queso, fresh tomato salsa and also romaine lettuce and guacamole. From time to time we eat a side of chips and guacamole. The food is always so tasty!

Terrible food, dirty everywhere inside the place, almost nothing to choose from and everything is spicy, so if you are like me, can't eat raw jalapeno, don't go there.

The food was nice, service was perfect, and the whole restaurant was very clean. It was my first visit of chipotle ever.

Good service, food tastes good. But they need to learn how to make tacos. Taco Bell and Chipotle are competing with each other to make the worst tacos ever. But Bowls are good. They always have flavor. Tacos are Nasty; May be be good for anyone else but not for Mexicas.

Quick eats. Lunch time is crowded and yet they get you in and out. 1st time eating Chipotle and they answered to me all my questions, all while taking the orders of those behind me at the same time. I don't know if was just that shift but I was greatly surprised. I will return to Chipotle again. Food was good. The line got too long and I didn't want to wait to get more food to go. So I left. The bathroom is definitely wheelchair accessible because it's so huge.

Service is quick and efficient in person. The food tasted good. I am satisfied with their food quality. The tables are clean. Only downside staff doesn’t smile. Except for the one guy who asks bowl or burrito.

It's a Chipotle. Avoid going around 2: 30-3: 30. It is a popular hangout for local students when they get out of high school.

Great Park South location near 6 train. Insane busy during lunch because of local office area. Fair seating. 6 tables & stools.

Soda and ice never working, the place is always freezing cold, the bathroom code does not work, the staff is slow to respond to anything.

I've been to these locations just a couple of times then I saw the news so I think I love my life way too much to risk by eating from this company.
