Chipotle Mexican Grill, New York NY

I have been here at least three times in the last two months and every time I go the location is closed even though it is within its current hours online. I don't know if it's lack of staff, or what is going on, but it should be communicated to the customers at the front door with some sort of note.

I’m really annoyed with this specific chipotle first off idk if they can read correctly there but they always making a mistake with my order they gave me brown rice instead of white like why would you continue the order and not contact me first and 2 they really need to go easy with the seasoning with the meat and the rice cilantro it’s over bearing and there work is just plain sloppy with no care and the don’t even answer the phone I called three times and they didn’t answer

They are short changing customers who pay cashSHAME ON CHIPOTLE

This has a negative financial impact on low income people. They are located next to low income housing projects. SHAME

If chipotle does not belive in giving correct change thats 100% fine so long as they LET THE CUSTOMERS keep the difference

They practice this everytime I visit. Everytime they have kept 66 cents of my change

Lack of management. They need to follow directions on digital orders. I got my order wrong it felt like I received a kids meal by mistake. I did not return it because of the heat.

They need to learn how to keep the guacamole fresh. They send me guacamole that looks brown and no lime was added to the guacamole.

I ordered lunch for my office through the App and our lunch was delivered all wrong. Additionally, we had to come to the store in order to get our food exchanged. Paid $32 extra dollars on Uber services for the nothing. Tacos were saggy anyway. Try another unit.

Food is always fresh and the customer service is on point! One of the best Chipotles I've visited so far. Props to the management for running the store. I will definitely be returning again!

I was just here on Sunday April 9th at 756 pm and I got a veggie bowl for me and my friend and they were out of lettuce and never even told us after they already took our money. They rushed us and treated us like we were a nuisance. I don't understand why they need to be this way when we were very warm and friendly. Chipotle needs to train their staff better on how to treat people regardless if they're not having the best day.

The customer service is regularly rapid, lovely ambience, welcoming staff members. Will come back again when I get in town.

Sometimes people steal my food before I get there to pick it up! Then I have to wait while they remake it.

Walked in here for lunch and walked right out. The line was unkempt. Dirty, every pan on the line was depleted. It was the first time ever I walked out of a Chipotle. Employee talking and acting as though the customers weren't there.terrible location and franchise.

Bad service! I came here 7/13 around 5 pm with my gf.a female with glasses had terrible customer skills.she was being cheap with the portions & didn’t look like she wanted to serve us.im a pretty humble person but little that she know is I was actually a manager in chipotle in the seventh ave location.so I know how things around suppose to operate. Never will come to this location again.
