Chipotle Mexican Grill, Lawrence NY

I ordered food on the App for pick up at the 1020 3rd ave location but somehow the order was filled at the Lawrence location in Rockaway Turnpike. My husband was at the 3rd Ave store to pick up my food when we realized they never got the order. We couldn’t go to Lawrence to pick it up. So my husband put in a new order in store at 3rd Ave. My original order had included a free side but I asked him to omit it from the order since we would have to pay for it this time. The server in the store did not let him pay for the 2nd order. When my husband showed her the receipt, she simply replicated my order for free, including the free side and all. It was such a wonderful act of generosity and I was very appreciative because she didn’t need to do it. Anyway, everyone knows burrito bowls and guac and chips are fire! Looooove me some Chipotle and the staff member was soo wonderful. Thank you!

It's "ok" once in awhile.

Cilantro rice is the best, but the last 3 times I was there it was hard like uncooked rice. I will be going to a different one. Especially that when I told them it was like nothing to them.

Portion sizes are awful. Received half of the bowls of everything. Called back to speak with chipotle rep and received no appropriate feedback. Phone call cut off as someone on the other line hung up the phone. Not ordering again from here.

Ok. I like Chipotle, I have like Chipotle for years now. Again one of those hit or miss. Usually good but not perfect.

I've been ordering and eating from this restaurant since they opened but I've been eating Chipotle since 2012 ive never been so disappointed with the order I received the other day I almost passed out someone accidentally put jalapeño instead of green pepper in the red salsa and I almost couldn't breathe Luckily I resolved the issue with door dash and they gave me credit.but never will.i order from this Chipotle again! Gave it 2 stars because I really like chipotle

Food is ok and everything but now they don’t take cash anymore. What’s up with that? Super disappointed right now because this is the second time this happened to me.

Fast, & efficient service w/ excellent customer service.
Excuse me, I forgot their names right now, but the short, brown complexion, smiling food server was a sweetheart, & the tall, solid, manager was great!
They kept Covid protocols, & the place was also kept well clean.
My food now, That, was also awesome!
They made it exactly to my liking, & everything thing tasted fresh & fulfilling!
I would definitely return & recommend this location!

A beacon of good eats in a not very attractive section of Long Island. Not many reliable eating choices in that location. So happy to have found this one. Food was good. Try the queso blanco (melted white cheese w/ bits of pepper) : it's different & good.

Service was not great at all, the place needs to have people trained to take good care of customers.

This spot never fails to impress. They serve great dishes for affordable pricing, there no long wait even when the place is full.

Great place for healthier choices. Attentive professional staff & hearty portions especially at this location, probably the best IMO compared to other Chipotle's.

Worse location I been to. Was there around 9: 30 and they were almost closed. Asked them to make salad bowl, they were out hot sauce, guacamole, and sour creme, when asked they refused to open new one. It was September 7,2018. On top of that chicken was raw, they claim the fully cooked the meat. Had to throw away couldn't eat raw meat. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WARNING TO THOSE WHO WANT TO TRY, DON'T GO THERE!

This place was a little dysfunctional and a lot messy. Waited for a bit to order then a while to pay. Every table was dirty. Hot sauces scattered. Bones in my chicken. Felt like i might have a food quality issue after i started eating but it tasted fine. Way smaller chicken portion than every time in the past. Nice ppl working there tho.

I like chipotle. Scared to eat there for awhile but I was famished so stopped 4 a quick bite. & they were very stingy with everything guess I should have know a worked like the people ahead of me then I would have got the hook up I guess it maybe my portion went 2 them lol but I was filled anyway though

I’m sitting in the Lawrence Chipotle right now and I must say I am extremely disappointed. I never wrote a bad review about a place but I cannot help it. I love chipotle but this location needs work. The food was very cold, the server was not paying attention, and the portion was only enough to satisfy a 6 year old. @Chipotle you must look into this.

At this particular location, 40 between 5 and 6 the food was really extra cold and uninviting. Would NOT go back. First and Last visit to this location.

Excellent food, clean and tidy. Frendly staff. A woman with red hair there helped me with my selection she was frendly and had alot of patience

The customer service is always great but the food is horrible. I go into Chipotle every few months thinking that maybe I'll like it this time but I never do. It's like they're trying to gentrify my Mexican food. I was end up taking a couple of bites and then throwing it away. Just go over to Taco Bell. It's way cheaper and way better. Unless you're in Texas. Obviously you go to a better restaurant then but only then.

I like this place. It usually clean and staff is very friendly. Whatever i decide to order is made tasty and good. I enjoy spending time and money here. Keep up the good work
