Chipotle Mexican Grill, Long Island City NY

I miss the older manger. Short guy with a thick Spanish accent. He had this chipotle running in the best shape. The food literally tasted better. Their rice is always hard. The employee short Spanish girl with short hair. Always has a nasty attitude. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Didn't have chicken sour cream or tomatoes in the middle of the day.and that's what I craved I'm am a pregnant woman and was disappointed

Busy place at lunch time with all the construction workers and office workers.
Didn't like the queso dip, was to soupy and rather expensive. Chips were stale. Everything else was good

Not quite as crowded due to multiple restaurants open in this area, but you'd still be lucky to get a seat at lunch time.
It's great for take out, but rather expensive

Awful and ALWAYS GETS THE ORDERS WRONG. This is not rocket science, pay even 10% attention and you will get it right. Pathetically managed.

I ate here 3/26/23, ordered the al pastor chicken bowl and also got severe food poisoning, this place should be HELD ACCOUNTABLE and needs another health inspection. All of the soap and hand sanitizer in the establishment had run out and was not replaced, even in the bathroom.

I suspect many people got food poisoning this past week. If you also got food poisoning like the last review, please speak up.

Service was fast. The food tasted good but they should have menus by the door as you come in for first time customers like me.

Their app scanner was down and I showed them my redeemed reward and tried to tell me to come back tomorrow with that and try again. One of the worst stores ever

Mostly fine or good experiences. The workers there work really hard and get your order to you really fast during the lunch rush. They run out of vinaigrette often and have stingy portions during lunch rush-fyi for the vinaigrette fans. Avoid going at the end of the day

Terrible customer service. Will never go to this one again. It was a mess inside, and near the forks, knife, napkins, etc.

Trash, they got all our orders wrong. They didn’t even tell us when they were out of something and just put in whatever they had. Most of the things i asked for was missing or only had a little bit and they rushed me to the register so I trusted they wouldn’t have trouble just adding what I asked for but big mistake. Make sure you check your order before you leave.

Ordered online, wasn't ready when I arrived but I wanted to add to the order I was waiting for and although I was the ONLY customer in line the girl decided to ignore me and instead took the order of the two people behind me. After it was all said and done I told her forget the tacos I'm not very pleased with her service and left.

This place is always a disappointment. Delivery orders have been wrong, so I went it to get food. The whole place was a mess, and the staff was very busy dancing and chatting with each other.far too busy to help the one person in there. Started to make my food and then they were simply out of pico.when I asked the guy just said "no tomatoes, what else? " If you don't want to pay $15+ to get whatever the staff decides they can bother to take the time to make you.just avoid. This place should get some people who care and a few basic ingredients.

Ate here on 03/21/23 and was food poisoned. I ordered the chicken al pastor bowl. Never eating at any Chipotle ever again.

I have ordered chicken burrito bowl via Seamless and it came only the chicken…is this a joke? !

Horrible, they didn’t have white cheese for two hours before closing? Two employees working without gloves. Tables were awfully dirty. They talked in Spanish to keep an eye on me because I might steal some soda, when clearly I have a full drink in my hand.

Went to place a mobile order for this location and for whatever reason their prices are outrageously higher than other chipotles, even for the city. $20 for one bowl? GTFOH. Won't be ordering from here

For some reason you can only order digitally at this location now, which turns a 5 minute wait into a 20 minute one for no real reason.
