Chipotle Mexican Grill, New York NY

The food was good. But the bowl was half full. But I haven't been back since I got the wrap paper in my burrito bowl. Sill waiting for someone to reach out

I don't think it's too expensive for the quality of food that they provide. Also, I tend to get a burrito bowl and eat only half of it at a time, so when you get two meals out of one menu item, it helps cut down on the cost per meal. I also drink water because it's better for me and free!

I don't understand the operations of this particular location. One day it's a normal walk and another day it's an online order only? They even had the audacity to lock people out despite it saying open online. Even if it is an online only, be prepared to wait 1 hr for your food. Good luck.

It's more expensive than any other and smaller portions. There is ONE table and several counter stools

This Chipotle has the longest line I ever seen. They block off the line so you can’t order early, only online orders for pick up. Better go to the one on Broadway.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, eine freundliche Ansprache. Die vom Personal vergessene Käse-Sauce habe ich ohne Probleme später holen können.

Leider werden auch fürs Essen im Laden volle Verpackungen und Tüten ausgegeben, so dass extrem viel Müll entsteht. Ein bisschen sauberer könnte es auch sein.

Slowest chipotle i have ever been 6 tacos take 16 minutes to prepare people waiting on line workers chilling inside just so interesting i am wondering if they are working volunteer or what?

I've have been multiple Chipotles at NYC and this location and the manager at PM shifts was just lazy and lack of leadership.that was a whole line and they were talking yo each other. I waited in the line for like 15 mins once I made it to the counter where you can place your order only to be informed that was no more chicken it was only 7pm this place close at 10pm its crazy I ask how long to be ready they say only steak.so I felt so stupid and asked them for a solution they want to give me the steak and charge me extra for it.the grill was already turn off and clean so this it's just unprofessional and lazy people specially the manager couldn't handle it or give any solution at all.nevere coming back there. I ended starving and wasting 30 mins of my time for nothing.

Was closed when they were supposed to be opened for an hour. The cashier woman was so rude about it about 20 people waiting outside for them to open

The sheer size of the bowl quenched my hunger! It offers a huge quantity and a variety of toppings. And there are multiple options in the menu. You will definitely love this!

How this place stays open is a complete and utter mystery to me considering 90% of the time I pass by there's a "temporarily closed" sign on the door. The staff are very friendly and the food is good but you'd be lucky to experience literally any of it.

Three stars only because this location always seem closed for walk-in orders. They tell you at the door that they are only doing online orders and after using time from your lunch break to get there, who wants to use more time to order online, on their phones, then more time to wait, then more time to get back to your place of work. For me, once they tell me online orders only, I don't even want Chipotle anymore.

Worst Chipotle EVER! Apparently they are accepting mobile orders only and the doors are locked! The customers in front of us said they close early alot of the times too. Our order had 5, YES 5 STALE chips, no queso & an empty cup for a child's meal.
Whoever is running this store should be fired!

Great cheese quesadilla with a decent serving of guac. The place was packed at lunch time (12 noon) so ordering ahead is a good idea. I ordered my meal before work and it was ready when I got there. This location is near the seaport, so grab your meal and take a walk for some awesome views! I took away a star because it was super packed and people who didn’t order ahead had to wait a long time.

Here they always close early and they never have food available they don't accept payment in cash and you can't eat inside either it's the worst place.

The food portions were very good and I really enjoyed the customer service of the first two people who served our food. The taste however lacked for some reason which I’ve never experienced before. My biggest complaint I’d have to give would be the lack of customer service from the cashier, Briana. I wanted to buy some water bottles so I went to pull up the cover over the display assuming it was to keep refrigeration. After I put the waters on the counter, she starts yelling at me getting so angry that I opened it up and making me feel stupid. I understand that I wasn’t supposed to do that now, but there are many ways she could’ve gone about telling me instead of yelling at me with serious attitude. After I told her I didn’t know and I’m sorry she proceeded to give snarky comments and couldn’t even make eye contact as she handed me my order. To top everything off, they charged me the wrong price for one of the dishes we ordered (possibly on purpose). Extremely disappointed by the rudeness by this employee and definitely needs to be evaluated for her position at Chipotle in my opinion

Worst Chipotle location and Very rude staff. Advise to walk a little and visit another location.

Slow, rude, unreliable, and consistently mess-up orders. One of the worst Chipotle’s I’ve had the displeasure of going to.
