Chipotle Mexican Grill, Riverhead NY

Not great. Not bad. Bought a meal for my teenage daughter She loved the bowl of lettuce, rice, & steak etc. I thought it was overpriced and the ingredients didn't look fresh
Also, this restaurant was ran by a young crew.not at all personable.

Try to order a quesadilla, they say only have kids quesadillas. If you want a big one you have to order it online…what?

It’s a hit or miss, the food is either really good or it’s bad. And recently the portions have been so bad, they don’t give any guacamole or chicken

I always try to avoid ordering from here cause they just never seem to get it right and my rice is almost always never cooked. Today a few coworkers were ordering and as I forgot lunch I figured I’ll give it another try. Welp, BAD IDEA. I’ve never been so sick in my life.

Love Chipotle. As far as this one goes, rice was perfect, just wish there was more care used between placing items in food request. My daughter has allergies to milk related products, so I get super nervous when people appear careless when serving her. The people are pleasant enough.

Horrible and a nightmare experience
I ordered a vegetarian bowl and while eating I experienced pieces of meat in my food.
I got so furious can't handle myself. I filed complaint @ chiptole headquarters.
Please be careful and stop eating@ chipotle. Because there location and food sucks.
How careless they are in respect to people trust.
Please please be careful about ordering food from this place.neither this place is hygiene nor they care about people.

Tortillas are to expensive, went from. 25 C
To. 50 C …. Then from. 30 C to. 50 in 2 weeks
I paid. 30 then went back went to. 40 then went back went to. 50 in such a short time

To the manager, you should lower the price per tortilla and keep it that way.

Rice is bland and undercooked, meat is chewy and fatty, they give you very little guacamole.

They close randomly all the time and never update their website to indicate they’re closed. Very easy to waste a trip to Riverhead. When they are open they’re almost always out of something.

Chipotle portions might not be what they used to be, but it’s ridiculous how much is skimped. Your girl with the glasses today could have done a better job at making sure the bowl at least appeared more filled. It also didn’t occur to her to stir the meat particularly, which I’ve seen workers do to make sure the sauce is mixed in and the meat isn’t as dry. I don’t know. Chipotle can do better, especially when you’re paying $10 a bowl.

My father ordered catering for his party and he didn’t receive half of the items including cheese, corn, guacamole etc. I am extremely disappointed as someone who usually loves chipotle and their service. I have been trying to reach out directly to a chipotle representative for a refund but I haven’t been able to do so. All the automated service guides are terrible. For these reasons, I am giving this restaurant 1/5 stars. I would give 0/5 if that was an option. I would never recommend getting catering from this location!

More expensive than I thought, but then saw that guacamole ($5.00 each) and queso (?) cost extra.

All in all, pretty good. This was the first time we have ever visited Chipotle. Staff was very friendly and answered all of questions without seeming annoyed. Food was fresh and the correct temp (hot or cold). Portions were plentiful too.

Found some unusual thick slimey fluid in the queso, looked & felt & stuck together like snot apart from the regular queso cheese dip. They are not practicing safe and clean work habits here. Check your food.

Had a dead bug on a piece of lettuce in a burrito bowl. On top of it People behind the counter are very slow and do not add enough portions.

We used to come here a lot. The food has been hit or miss recently. The last time we went, everything was too salty to eat. We’ve been disappointed more times than not

Absolute Worst Chipotle, food has been so inconsistent. Not to mention, now if you don’t have a mask, don’t even bother going. You’re made to wait in line and then when it’s your turn to order they kick you out. As you’re being kicked out they tell you, you can order online and come back in (without a mask), to pick up. Must be the most idiotic thing I’ve ever heard in my entire life. I left without incident, but don’t even think about questioning them, or they make a huge scene in front of the entire establishment (which they did you the man with his two daughters in line behind me). Starting to make more and more sense why these places aren’t nearly as busy anymore. Awful food, awful customer service and idiotic policies. I don’t know how anyone with common sense could work there.

Customer service does not exist here. Neither does consistent food quality and portions. If the person at the counter is in a bad mood, you'll get the equivalent of a teaspoon of protein in your order. I will not be wasting my time here again

Avoid this place. They have a mask policy even though the indoor mandate was lifted. You can stand in line without a mask but once you reach the counter you will not be able to place an order. Employees weren't wearing masks covering their nose, a few feet behind you no one in the dining room is masked up. Moe's is far better.

Avoid this Chipotle if you can! The "manager" Jillian is terrible! Absolutely
zero customer service skills! No name tag on so I don't know if she's actually the manager. The cold food is absolutely terrible!
