Chipotle Mexican Grill, New York NY

I have no problem with the food here, it's on par with the other Chipotle stores but I'm writing this review as a reminder to myself to never come back here. The portions they give you are smaller than other stores, no onions and peppers and while sitting down and eating I watched the staff inform a long line of customers that they were only taking online orders 12: 09 PM on a Monday amd everyone left. How is this is even possible?

The staff is so rude! Made me feel super unwelcome! Never coming back to this chipotle. Horrible…

Good overall. Hit or miss on the drink selection. They are often out of iced tea and sometimes out of juices. They rarely have the fruit selection for the kids meal. But the service is quick and the food seems fresh.

Poorly managed Chipotle. Within the last 2 months every time I stopped by they not once had the salad vinaigrette. Either because their “blender is broken” or they “run out before 12. ” LOL it’s giving Mcdonalds ice cream machine. On top of that, no juices and dirty seating areas. I don’t even come during busy time. Despite its convenience to my gym, I avoid this Chipotle due to the numerous disappointments.

This location is always out of ingredients and 3 times I’ve ordered a fountain soda, paid and then discovered the soda fountain was broken. Staff does a terrible job.

I have not had a bad experience in this chipotle until recently week in the pass two visits my husband and I have had a late lunch here and the fountains are never working and as compensation, they don’t even offer a discount on the drinks in the refrigerator.
When I asked for kids meal for our daughter they were skimpy on the service.
Most of the time when I go to chipotle, the portions, I will keep me coming back.
Not sure if I can say the same about this one in particular.

I go here often for lunch and lately it’s been trash. No small lids. Rice taste gross. Soda machine don’t work. And they made me pay for a medium cup even tho there were no lids or soda tf? I wanted a water cup.

Gloomy vibe, dispirited staff and I got food poisoning within hours of eating there. Not going back.

Best chipotle in nyc. Very clean and delicious food. The manager chris really knows what he’s doing great guy love him.

The staff made you feel unwelcomed. The check out lady looked to the side and talked away from you. Any question about the menu brought on an annoyed reaction.
Our burrito was fine but when they put anything on it, they didn't drain the sofrittas and the sloppiness added to the feeling of the atmosphere.

Chipotle is a great American creation. One would be hard pressed to find a better burrito for the price!

They better get back to the way things were. They save money on chicken and the taste is not the same

Ordered a steak burrito bowl with guacamole. Picked it up and the order had no guacamole. Online asked for a refund and it took an hour to get a refund that chipotle did not approve. Working with credit card company to report a problem within the transaction. Be mindful.

Takeout oriented restaurant with the regular Chipotle menu. You can eat inside but their seating arrangement is kind of awkward and not super cosy.

They don't even open on time.
I have been waiting for 10 min. 10: 51 now.

I knocked. They were just saying not open yet.

U might wanna consider that your business hrs for others.

The carnitas was EXTREMELY salty!
And very oily.
Guac was also way too salty.
Music too loud.
Soda machine out of order, and no ice.

Very busy location. Didn’t seem understaffed but they were disorganized. Didn’t follow order instructions. Had several large signs advertising ‘watermelon limeade’ but the stuff claimed they weren’t serving at that location. Asked for more guac because what they had out was BLACK; according to them, there was more guac but it was all black. No utensils, condiment station was messy. Usually, Chipotle is delicious, but this meal wasn’t tasty at all.
