17Visited them around 4pm 1/2/23 out of onions peppers ️ veggies anyway no brown rice in stock either. Seats were dirty … debris left everywhere I guess from the earlier crowd … tables dirty. No ice in ice machine for beverages …. Bathroom was a mess … this restaurant needs a training in cleanliness … other than that I love chipotle im a loyal customer … I just prefer to see a hygienic environment if I’m dining in ….
I have never once placed an order here when they are not out of something I usually order around dinner time they are never prepared.ever! But I know not to order late because your get nothing. Very annoying because I actually like the food a lot but it’s a waste of time when you place an online order, pick a time only to be told they are out of steak chicken and they couldn’t make your order. I give up on this place
I'll say that this Chipotle has very little to no management. You have the two most inexperienced people on the staff serving the food in the front and what appears to be an untrained person at the register and seven other employees standing around with their thumbs up their rear ends the whole time while the cooks on the front line are constantly running out of toppings.
I placed my order online. I wanted guacamole on the side as well as in my burrito. I paid for guacamole but received none. No humans answer the phone. The computer gave me a coupon for free chips and guacamole I just paid for and didn't receive. That's nice, but what about TONIGHT? I don't want to pay to have guacamole not delivered again. If they are out of something customers need to know. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew I wasn't going to get any guacamole, chipotle isn't the same without it.
Came here at about 9pm to get 3 chicken tacos the girl made me 3 tacos with sour cream and cheese she then told me they had mo more chicken she did offer another protein but I don't eat red meat or pork a little heads up would've been nice before I waited on that long line and they were only giving chips to online orders

If you order online, don’t use the app’s order status, there will be a line inside for pickup and you’ll have to give your name for them to start your order. I waited 40 minutes for the app status to change, and then 20 minutes inside for the order. They were busy but they seem to have a big enough team, not really sure what’s up. My order was a little wrong, and I don’t know if this is always the case, but people ordering in store can’t order chips (chips are now online only) and people ordering online can’t get guac (guac is for people ordering in store.) A little annoying, especially since the refund system is awful.
Worst chipotle in America. Never have chips, chicken, vegetables…. I could go on. Rude staff.
Something has changed here in the last few months. The current staff always seems bewildered. No hustle while staring down a line of 15 people. Always out of multiple items (chicken or rice or whatever). Never prepared for dinner time rush. Tried to avoid the rush at 5pm, still not prepared and are lacking multiple meat options. You could say they are understaffed but I've seen 7 people behind the counter and still have the same problems.
Never again, I stopped eating out a while ago. Chipotle was such a disappointment, they hardly put food in the bowl, and my steak

Unreal. This place is a hot mess. Order 1/2 hour late, no one working behind the counter and half of the order was missing because they ran out of items (chips, guac). Drove halfway home until we realized, since no one bothered to tell us. Then we were told we needed to use the app for any refunds. Will never order from here again.
This location will not put meat in your order. It was a good location a couple years ago but they seriously put like 4pieces of meat in a burrito and the rest is just rice and beans. I will not be getting food here anymore
You go there late, they have run out of toppings and meat. You go during prime time, they’re out of toppings and meat. You go early, like today and they don’t have toppings or meat. This time they said “not yet” to peppers and onions at 1145am.
Doesn’t matter what time of day - no one ever stays on top of refreshing the front counter. Always have one person working, slow as hell. Idk what goes on at this franchise but it’s by far the worst I’ve ever been too.

Decided to give them a second shot with door dash order, and they sucked again. How hard is it to read from a screen and make a salad? Literally forgot half the ingredients.
Serious lack of leadership among staff. I watched a bunch of young people just hanging out, laughing, joking, running around, and literally playing like children in the back while ONE guy makes food for a long line of people. My family and I stood at the register for several minutes while many people in the back seen us and avoided us. I hope someone gets some "adult supervision" in there.oh yea and the place is always filthy! Think I'm done spending money here.
10/20/22 Service is very bad. Serving line dirty. A a bunch of young Chipotle employees just hanging out, laughing, joking, walking around, and literally carrying on like young unsupervised teens.all while ONE guy makes food for a long line of people. The place needs an adult Manager. A real shame this Chipotle location is so bad. Forgot to mention >Employee "Zachary" stood there and told a woman in a cocky, condescending manner, to go online to Yelp or Google and complain if she was unhappy with things at that location.
Staff highly unprepared for typical dinner rush time. Out of tortillas, black beans, chicken, guajillo steak, medium salsa, and guacamole. The staff on the line taking food orders were pleasant and apologetic about the inconvenience, but the one who seemed in charge of cooking could care less and was visually not bothered by this. Half the pork order I received was skin and non edible. The trash cans were also overflowing so overall I will not be returning to this store and was charged full price for my “experience”.
