Chipotle Mexican Grill, New York NY

I liked the experience of sitting at a place where you can have your own personally designed taco. The food is reasonably fresh and prepared in front of you. Chipotle always made me curious about their food, and I think that it's a fun way to spend an afternoon with friends and finding out some decent mexican food at a reasonable price. This location is ok, if you are going to downtown and have time for a snack.

When I went there around 8pm, they ran out of most ingredients like carnitas, lettuce, etc.and most supplies like tissue paper and they still dare to charge the full price for burritos. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE BASIC THINGS TO RUN A FOOD BUSINESS!

The guy at the register is very sarcastic with an attitude for no reason, They filled my burrito it couldn’t even close and they have the nerve to ask if I wanted another bread to wrap it with! Huhhhh you gotta be kidding me I asked if they could make it over they barely wanted to do that, it’s not my fault you guys can’t properly make burritos you chose to work here so what’s up with the attitude for no reason ridiculous every time I come here

Love this place. Staff is helpful and fast perfect for a short lunch hour. Victor at the cashier is always on point and very professional! Love this location

They wouldn’t let me use the bathroom this morning because it was 10 minutes before “opening” even though the door was open and I was willing to purchase something. Have some basic human decency you bozos

This chipotle for dinner is the absolute worst. They have some employees who try to ration the food before closing time. I lived near near this Chipotle for 1.5 years and either get an okay experience or a horrible. This time I need to write a review because it was 30s for 2 bowls of sour cream.

Today was the third time I got chips and guacamole and each time it’s been horrible the chips were stale every time

What I love about Chipotle is the stable quality and taste of the food they serve. Burrito bowl is my favorite with an extra scoop of sour cream.

They filled my burrito with so full with rice and beans that it couldn’t close, and when I asked for it to be a bowl instead they said they would charge me for the tortilla anyway? What a strange response! If you can’t make burritos, don’t put them on your menu!

If the rice feels semi-tough when you chew bring it back to the counter and ask for a refund. This is not acceptable at all. The rice should be fully cooked and soft, not tough, not half-cooked, but soft and fluffy!

They want to have fast services but the quality of the service is very bad. First time buying at this location and the service was bad. They didn't even provide utensils to eat because they were rushing out for the next person. Now days some place just want quantity Not quality and you ended up paying the same or more.

Dreams, Good food, Good price, not crowded, Quick service, clean, a lof of beautiful people. This is a Good place to enjoy your favorite mexican food.

Overall, I always like Chipotle. Don't like paying 3 bucks for water and another 3 bucks for a tablespoon of guac.
Those are the rip-offs, but the landlord's probably robbing them too. Lol.

Yesterday I went in for a salad a little after 6ish, I was starving and really already had a horrible day. I go to pay and ask for the vinaigrette salad dressing and its out. I'm already in a mood and I go OK no problem wish I would've known I really probably would've gotten nothing else instead. The manager offers to comp the guac, Not a problem! Moving on I pull out a $50.00. I am then told I'm so sorry ma'am we don't take large bills, OK cool I'm aggravated but I go not a problem I will be rite back to get some change. The manager insists on comping my meal and BEING A ROCK STAR SHE WAS TOTALLY UNDERSTANDING AND SAW I WAS HAVING A WACK DAY AND SHE TOTALLY CHANGED IT. I am so appreciative b.c sometimes ppl can just really add to the problem, she assured me it was OK and wished me a great day. I never got her name but she was young lady and had a pretty blue shade of eye shadow and I hope she has an a amazing day =). I am emailing corporate and letting them know she deserves some recognition.

Placed an order online and when I showed up, it wasn’t ready. They claimed someone else picked up my order. Been to this location before, and they always have items that are out of stock even though it’s the middle of the day. Definitely one of their worst locations.

Went again, the website, and app says it’s open… it was not. Again wasting my time.

Rice was hard. There’s a new lady in the front and no one decided to help her and two people came and stood in front of me (as im waited 15 minutes for to order) and I’m thinking they’re here to take me order and they look at the food and walk away like what UNPROFESSIONAL…
