Chipotle Mexican Grill, Jackson Heights NY

I don't understand the Chipotle training process but why should I pay $15 for a bowl that's 1/3 filled. The left bowl is what my cousin got. My order is the right one. It's insulting to charged such a high price for this. The worst chipotle I have ever been a patron of. I will not be coming back and would advise others to avoid this chipotle location.

Ordered delivery and sent the uber guy with the wrong order. Didn't offer to remake the food after letting it sit there for half an hour. Trash location

I understand that times are hard right now but my order through chipotle app was bad two days in a row. Ordered a late dinner last night and we were missing items and portions were small. Ordered today again for lunch and again missing items, small portions and this time food is cold. The food got here quick like in 2 min so i don’t understand how the food was ice cold? We only live 4/5 blocks away.

I placed an order at this chipotle and the delivery guy went to the wrong adress, i had to repay to make my order and redeliver, when i called the store i told them the food was gonna be cold and bad now because its been around an hour since it was made and they just told me tht order is here and its already made. I asked to please re make my order and he said ill keep it in the hot box, but how could you place my food in the hot box when it has sour cream and corn in it for about 40 min seating in a hot box. They just trying to make their life easy when they should care more about customer experience.

This chipotle is the worst, the service is not good, the chicken is always greasy and fat, I do not like Chipotle anymore. I do not recommend it.

The most slowest chipotle of all time all the employees look druged out or on something for sure.the bussiness owner needs to fix it before the health department fines and seals there store.

I love chipotle but I just ordered a bowl and there were two long hairs, disgusting. I tried calling to let them know someone isn’t wearing the hair cap and it’s a machine telling me to send and email. Hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

As a fast food choice Chipotle is pretty good. The burritos are good, they taste great and it will fill you up the portion size is generous and it's consistent. However it is far from authentic, the flavours and spices are seriously toned down for the high street audience. And you can end up paying about $16 for a burrito and a drink which is a hefty price

My issue is ever since this place open we start seeing gentrification around this neighborhood. This is a Spanish neighborhood and it’s changing and pushing out these people from it. I’m for one stop coming here because of this reason and I suggest everyone should. We want to keep this área Spanish. They can have their new Astoria location if they want but not Jackson heights!

And of course I’m also complaining their practices sometimes when you get the early morning food they use the same food as last night I can tell it wasn’t made fresh. And they mix the old rice with the new one sometimes.

Would definitely recommend trying out this place. Fantastic ambience, flavorful food, great service. I recommend this place.
