Chipotle Mexican Grill, Brooklyn NY

Horrible afternoon-evening staff with very bad attitude, made most mobile customers and delivery drivers wait average 30 min for their orders, it was a total mess

Unorganized slow to take orders always understaffed forcing customers to take online orders only and very poor management and to top it off messy tables with high school kids take it over and trash the place plus over seasoned meats which are either burned or too salty

They argue behind the counter. Horrible attitude. Horrible service. They told us we can’t order in person and only online order - in person. So we had to order off our phone for the same guy to make it behind the counter. This chipotle is by far the worst branch I’ve seen.

Terrible service ask for little bit more cheese, that’s already extra. Not even half cheese I got from other Chipotle. Never visit this place again.

The service attitude is not very good, you can't order food in the store, and the staff is too poor.

The smallest portions possible. This used to fill me up but I left hungry. The meat was cold I don't understand how they passed inspection

Oh my god. Such poor service. Workers arguing with each other about who should take orders. 3-4 people in the back “cleaning” the kitchen at 9PM when they close at 10PM. The one worker prepping the burritos/ bowls was strictly ONLY doing the long list of online orders meanwhile neglecting the customers who were waiting on line in-person. Complete mess of a place! People were leaving the restaurant without placing their in-person order due to extended wait time. There were also 6-8 people waiting for their online orders. Instead of… having 3-4 people cleaning the grill/kitchen in the back… why don’t you have workers come to the front and help take orders to relieve the burden of the ONE worker prepping all the orders. Extremely confused at why this location is always such a hot mess! Step it up or this Chipotle location will continue to lose customers.

Place is filthy. Food ain’t fresh. Staff non chalant. Place needs some serious management / supervision.

It would be nice if the opening hours were on time. I used to come here every morning after my workout to buy a lunch. But the time they start ordering is always delayed. From 10: 45 to 11: 00 for the last order. Today they arrived at 11: 00 and told me 11: 15. Really bad. My waiting time went from 45 minutes to an hour. Now ask for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

First of all everything about the food was off. Chicken was way too salty, rice was hard and stale and staff forgot my fajitas. And to top it all off, the beverage machine didn’t work. Try another chipotle before coming here.

This location is horrifically bad and somehow always seems to get worse. Small portions and big attitude problems.

I asked for a water cup with my meal, and the manager said to my face no. Her reasoning was that there was currently a lot of high school students inside. What? I went back and forth with her and she gave me the water cup after a big sigh. Go to the chipotle in sunset with a parking lot, cleaner and way better service.

Alana, Shamel & Shauna always make my visits great. The place is clean. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Alana is a great team leader. Thank you 86th street chipotle team!

Forgot the guacamole in my bowl. Arrived ice cold. Found not one, not two, but three long hairs in one bite. Someone is putting their hair in the food. This place is disgusting.

I am here now so disappointed. I saw how the steak was looking dried out so I asked for fresh steak. The Asian server told me “it is fresh. It just came off the grill”. If it did, then why is it dry looking and very low. I’m a former chipotle employee. I know how the place should look when opening. It was not prepared for customers. The cashier was doing paperwork at the register and fumbling to get started for his shift. (Or maybe that was a supervisor. I believe it was a collared shirt). Anyhow, I ordered my food and was so dissatisfied. The fajitas was dry, steak was chewy, AND MY RICE WAS HARD. THE WORST $20 SPENT. AND I LOVE CHIPOTLE. I’m guessing their A rating came from their cleanliness of the establishment because it definitely wasn’t the tasteless food.

I haven’t been to chipotle in a few yrs, but wow prices went up a burrito shrunk, smh. I couldn’t believe how small the burrito was. Guess my last time.

Literally take so long and the proceeds to give you crumbs for portions. And it’s $21. I’m done. Other locations are so much better.
