17If I chose 0 stars I would. Stay clear of this location. It is by far the worse one around. Staff this evening was standing around having inappropriate conversations while I had my young daughter with me, instead of cleaning the disgusting unsanitary mess all over the floors, food cross contaminated in all carafes, workers with broken gloves touching food, then surfaces, their clothes and back to food. Tables were thrashed and not 1 person capable of cleaning but their feet and hands worked just fine standing around and talking. Picked up our food and didn't bother to eat it. Dried out meat, all topping were incorrect, all around disgusting. Oh and you couldn't get a drink. Fountain machine down, no bottled beverages. Their heat was off. I will never go back to this location. The owner should be ashamed. You are going to allow many people to get stick eating food from this unsanitary environment. Shame on you!
Dirty, everything was filthy, tables, floors, counters, chips were broken and salty, no soda machines or ice, Not impressed.
The food taste bland chicken, only about to to taste the spiciness from the chicken it was cold. The proportion were small. My food had a bad smell, I can't explain it. Chipotle doesn't taste the same. The service is horrible.
Place is dirty! The chicken taste Burt, the rice was under done. I had to throw out almost $30 in food.stay away from this place
This place is terrible. When I walked in I quickly noticed how dirty the tables were, over flowing trash cans, and just a general disregard for basic cleanliness. The service from staff is pitiful. They made me feel like I was inconvenienceing them for ordering. Every staff member behind the line was rude and disrespectful. Do not, I repeat DO NOT, order from this location on line. Unless you don't want what you've ordered. The past three times I have ordered on line I was severely disappointed. Wrong/missing items, wrong/missing toppings, smallest portions I've ever received. I let it slide the first time. Second time I was given vouchers. Third time was using vouchers. This last time I went in person and was again terribly disappointed.
Will never be back. Food was good but numerous staff standing around in a store that was absolutely filthy everywhere I looked. No napkins in dispensers, trash overflowing in trash receptacle, counter with visible spills and trash, not a clean table in view and the pickup area for takeout orders was beyond filthy. Overstaffed with lots of standing around in a very dirty store. Not acceptable.
Gross and dirty. Floor is filthy. Tables not touched. Food and paper scans everywhere. Service acted detached an indifferent when filling order. Drive to another Chipotle. I travel for business. Worst Chipotle experience ever.
Ordered food online through the website only to receive not just two burrito bowls with missing toppings, but also missing chips, spoiled guacamole, and the rice was so undercooked, it was crunchy. I drove the 20 minutes back to the store (because I picked it up on my way home from work) only to be told they can't do refunds for online orders. I have to use their website, which uses a chat bot. The bot gave me 2 buy-one-get-one burrito bowls and a free side, but didn't give me option for a refund. I will NEVER get Chipotle again - especially from this location. When I typed in that I request a refund, the bot said it cannot help me and ended the conversation. This is company is the furthest from customer friendly service it can get. I guess Chipotle must really be hurting if it needs my $25 that badly. Glad I wasted the gas on a pointless round-trip too!
This people are unprofessional they don’t know how to take care customers I went around 8: 00pm and they close at 10: 00pm and they didn’t have nothing but chicken what wrong with this people never going to this place again
Worst Chipotle I've ever visited. Dirty, unkept, bland food, slow service and indifferent staff. No management on site, and it shows. Even the outdoor eating area was littered with trash and debris.
I stopped in around 4: 45 today and plenty of help but place was filthy! Most of the toppings were very low or out … I wanted Queso but it was thick and clumpy and container was caked with old cheese sauce. I asked the girl if there was any fresh sauce and she Rudely said it was normal and looked that way because it was hot…having had it every time I come here I knew it wasn’t so! Probably last time I will come here! Kinda bummed cuz I usually order 3-5 x a month and my kids love it
Horrible. Food, Service. Uncooked food, Fatty steak. Serving NO Lime rice but charging as if they are preparing food professionals. Close the doors.
Ordered through Uber eats. Order was quick because I’m only 5 min away. But there was almost no meat in my bowl. Seriously like a desert spoon of barbacoa. This is ridiculous. I got a bowl of rice and beans for 20$$$. Disrespect!

This is the most poorly run restaurant franchise in Buffalo. The entire ordering process is a disaster due to untrained, unmotivated staff that sluff around with no sense of urgency. On my most recent trip, the cashier would disappear to the back for long periods of time while orders stacked up at the register. Everyone in line was irritated. My calmly voiced displeasure was met with defensiveness and hostility by the cashier and one other employee. At that point I just cancelled my order and walked out. In addition to the rude and incompetent staff, the food area was filthy with ingredients all over the counter mixed with other ingredients. They had no pre-prepared chip bags or side salsas so every time a customer asked for one, the cashier has to interrupt a prep person to complete the order while everyone in line waited. Those customers that pre-ordered were waiting even longer than those that went through the line. This place is pathetic. The franchisor should be ashamed of himself/herself for allowing this level of incompetence to persist and Chipotle should know that this location is an embarrassment to their brand.
Multiple items missing in my mobile order. If you run out of something, at least have the courtesy and say you don’t have it.
Terrible. I will not go to this location again. The trash is over flowing, my burrito was folded so poorly I had to eat it with a fork. Little to no flavor. Employees going around taking photos of broken chairs instead of picking up the over flowing garbage, or wiping off tables. My husband had to eat his burrito sideways and it was 90% rice.
