6Went in to get a chicken bowl. As a 51 years old man, I got my bowl as if I was a toddler. It wasn't filled up with what asked for. The bowl was super light. Had to go buy something else to help fill me up!
Really really disappointing Chipotle. I’ve been in here a few times and have had consistently unprofessional and rude service. Not sure what is going on at this location. Not going back.
Very clean and accessible place. They serve generous portions and for fair rates. I liked the meals very much and the staff members were very friendly and informative. I recommend this place.
Ran out of chicken right before lunch time. Shouldn't you be cooking the chicken already so you have it in stock? When i asked the worker how long I would have to wait she said "a long time" and I was forced to get steak.
It's lunch time, I can understand running out at the end of the day but peak lunch time in NYC is not a time you should be running out of chicken. Not only that, but stingy with the rice today as well.
I don't eat here often but today i thought" why not" and to be honest i shouldve just stood with the NOT option. Food was cold; rice was under cooked and still hard and i had to practically beg for lemon slices. Which the staff lied about having. Petty as hell. Wont be returning. Save your$ and go to dos toros
Great and affordable Mexican meal in this particular area. The reason I put 5 is service and quality of meal. I came busy lunch hour time, service was quick, diligent and friendly staff.
