Chipotle Mexican Grill, Saratoga Springs NY

I appreciate Chipotle for fast healthy food that doesn’t cost a fortune and this location did not disappoint. We ordered online and it was ready really fast. They got our 5 meals correct. Food was hot and delicious. We also love the kids meals come with fruit and a drink. I also love the many vegetarian options.

Always ALWAYS out of stuff. I've never been to this location and they not be out of SOMETHING. And they are never willing to make more of something. "Too bad so sad attitude. " Pathetic.

Love this location for their freshness and quality, but loses a star for their efficiency. Always has many workers here but only one person making orders causing a long wait

Go to this location often and normally love this place/never have had any issues with the food itself. However, yesterday after placing my order and handing my food over to my husband so I can use the restroom, I was instantly put off by the disgusting state of the restrooms! Not only was there pee all over the toilets in both rooms, there was pee on the floor in front of the toilets and everything reeked of pee smell. The other areas of the rooms were so dirty as well, that it was hard to believe this was an isolated incident. It was so bad, it made me uninterested/lose my appetite for the burrito I had just ordered. Please learn to keep your restaurant cleanly for a pleasant customer experience.

The line worker who made my bowl and told me that she/they make something similar- that made my day! Veggie Bowl with white rice, extra of both beans, and fajitas as the best part. I appreciate the queso recommendation! I’d never tried it before even though I get chipotle fairly frequently. Good service!

Chipotle is always a safe place to eat if you have celiac. Just let them know you have an allergy and they'll change their gloves, do a line wipe, and get uncontaminated lettuce and cheese for you. The staff on duty the evening of Wednesday May 3rd were particularly delightful. Chipotle is lucky to have them!

Usually good. Portion sizes can be all over the place, some times bowls look nearly empty while others are piled high. Hours were wonky for a whole, closing early etc. That seems to have been corrected. Overall, chipotle has reliably tasty food. The new watermelon limeade is delicious.

Raised the price, lowered the portions. In other words, it’s more expensive and they give you less.

This chipotle is fine but consistently messy and food everywhere behind the counter. It’s not a good look.

Chipotle is one of the very few chain restaurants I go to. The food is excellent and the staff do a good job of catering to your needs.

Of the choices among local Chipotle, Exit 15-19, by far the superior location.

Ive ordered the same burrito multiple times at both locations and its evident that there's a scrutinizing micro manager policing portion sizes at the. Exit 19 location.

Nobody wants to pay 10 plus dollars for a skimpy burrito, keep up the good work Exit 15 team

Very bad manager was so rude almost fighting with everyone I don't know if he really is Manager and very racist no manners at all when I asked him to slow down because he was rushing me and adding wrong sides then he started fighting and arguing and dumped all the food in trash I guess that food which I was supposed to buy wasn't free I was going to pay for that so good bye Chipotle and Shame on Franchise owners and Corporate Managers.

Today around between 3 PM To 4Pm I witnessed the food server was very nasty and arguing with Asian couple whey they asked him nicely to add sides but he was rushing them and when they asked to speak with manager he said he is the Manager I was stunned to hear that how this famous food chain could hire these kind of Manager. I was so disappointed and left and never go back to Chipotle.we don't need Racist people.

Ordered online, walked in, and was told no order exists despite being charged. Was told it happens and nothing can be done about it on site (!). Was given the customer service number to hash it out and then had to wait on line to reorder and pay for it a second time! Took two communications with service dept to be refunded in full and have rewards reinstated. Not a great system for fixing a company screw up.

Went in and service was slow but I had a good attitude didn’t mind waiting. The guy in front of me kept grumbling and then when he was told they were out of dressing for his salads went ahead and made 2 salads, only to leave them at the register when they didn’t give them to him buy 1 get one free. I honestly felt bad for the workers. They were doing their best. But then I got my food home (to Queensbury no less) and it was so spicy the entire bowl and burrito were inedible. And I like spice. I enjoy the hot salsa and have gotten it for years! But today it was truly too hot for anyone. Our meal was ruined. We won’t be back.

The first time the online ordering was not working I didn’t care. Second time kind of annoyed. But it happens so often now I am not going to keep trying

I LOVE that there is a Chipotle in Saratoga Springs! They give GREAT service if you go in and tell them what you want. The Guac is phenomenal
