I am very angry at what happened with my order. I had a long work day and wanted to pick up some Chipotle after work. I pre ordered my food on the mobile app…ONE HOUR before I was going to go get my food. I show up a few minutes before it was supposed to be ready, I see the line is long and others are waiting for mobile orders. 10 min I had been waiting someone finally came up to me and asked what my name was for the order and I told them and they said it would be ready shortly. I then proceed to get a notification on my phone 5-10 min later that my order was ready. Mind you this is 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I am still waiting and nothing is ready. Another 15 minutes go by and I am still waiting…people who walked in 20 min after me already being there get into the line for their food and received it before me AND ONLINE ORDERS WERE SHOWING UP AFTER ME AND GOT THEIR FOOD FIRST. I finally went back up to the counter and asked if my order was ready and they looked up my name…. THE ORDER RECEIPT NEVER PRINTED. They told me they would reprint it and make me a new one. I then had to wait another 5-10 min and finally it was ready. I had waited over 25 minutes…They did not even ask if there was anything else they could do for me. I am very very disappointed. I am a very loyal customer to Chipotle, I get all the rewards and I am very supportive of the business…but this made me so angry. It is already way late and I did not want to eat this late at night. That is the WHOLE POINT of pre order and pick up…they are supposed to have the food ready before and it is the faster option. I would really like to be reimbursed or at least receive a gift card for the inconvenience. I don’t think I’ll be going to this location again.

Multiple online orders have been wrong, and took much longer to be ready than promised. This place has the slowest workers I've seen at a Chipotle. They are uncoordinated and unmotivated. Don't go here!

Picked up some food a couple days ago Lady at the register was pretty rude. Refused to address me for 30 minutes. Finally, I was able to get my food after it had been ready for 45 minutes. She was non stop complaining about her job. Other employees looked half asleep behind the counter. I thought this was a better restaurant than the Marshall street location. I guess not.

Update: 9/18/23 tried this location again and got food poisoning.

Walked in 6: 55 pm est. Rude lady walked up and said we're closed and literally slammed the door on me and another gentleman. Worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle.

Every day they are getting worse in service in all areas, my food today is horrible and the store is disgusting and dirty, where are the Managers' supervisors in charge of the Chipotle stores? That speaks more negatively about them than the managers themselves. What a mess

I only come here if I need at this point. I will always drive further to the one in Fayetteville as I never have issues there. After today and countless other issues I will not be back. I’m not sure what’s going on with customer service being super rude and not having add ins in stock. I was told today they only are serving black beans with online orders and no peppers or onions were prepared.

So not only does your location have the worst staff, you rip customers off by giving tiny portions or just not giving them the extras they ordered, you improperly cook food which could put someone in the hospital, and the whole place is filthy, falling apart, and had has trash everywhere. I'm coming back to just to take more photos to not only submit to corporate but also the state health department. Since the managers here seem to think they are untouchable and everything they are doing is acceptable.

Chipotle has gone so far down hill. Orders are always wrong. Small portion sizes. Dont even try to order online because it will be missing items.

Wanted too try chipotle at this area but why do the employees have attitudes? !
This is not a pleasant experience when you feel you going to be treated fairly but you don’t, love my bowl but the employees I just don’t know.

Fairly good, probably more of a 3.7 star. They were out of the good lemonade when I went, so that was a little disappointing, but other than that, it was pretty good.

The place was a mess, tables and floor were dirty, there were no napkins, but the food was good and the staff were very friendly and gave great service

Worker at the counter visabily rolled eyes as each customer walked in, seemed to have his eyes and attention everywhere but me and my requests. Dining room is always filthy here and little broken things in every corner. Definitely get bottled soda or water here, let you decide.

Typically LOVE this location, however, it was exceptionally busy today. The line was out the door. My thought, it was a new mgr. Everyone was busy and we're very patient. All was fine until the mgr started filling in and in his haste was slopping everything on. Not fond of beans dripping down the side of the salad or a very wet burrito because he didn't drain. Take a few more seconds to drain and hit your mark. Retain return customers than speed through and tick people off. Reflects on him and not on Chipotle.

This is perhaps the most bland chipotle experience I have ever had, no salt.or any other spice? Also the most stale chips at a chipotle. They were chewy. Also under cooked rice.

Staff was great and the place was relatively clean. This was my first time dining in there so I figured since it was a nice day out, I would sit outside. The little patio there is nice and comfortable.

Employees locked doors 10 min before closing, someone answered door for pick up. No extra dressing as ordered for bowl, forgot queso. Burrito barely filled, definitely not extra meat as I ordered (Ive had extra meat before I know the portion) a terrible meal for $35? Its just crazy. Theres no standard at this chipotle.

Ordered from here couple days ago and had a gaint piece of plastic in my burrito. Emailed them and they sent me an email back saying send a receipt and they would look into my issue. Sent a receipt and never got a response back… never eating here again
