The girl who prepares your food has a horrible attitude, despotic, bad temper, it's the second time in a month at the same time, the same girl is simply horrible, wanting to buy a plate of food and she prepares it for you as if she would hate her job, just let her stop. Working in that place is not good for working in customer service.

One person working it’s the store? Preparing orders and working the register… With the prices they charge and margins, you should be able to hire more than one employee! Plus seating area is always dirty. Workers aren’t at fault as they are severely understaffed. Chipotle corporation: do better!

Had no tortillas or guacamole available at 7: 17 PM on a Friday. They wouldn’t cancel our order or make a replacement that cost the same. Both the employees and the manager were very unhelpful and then left the cash register empty to go talk in the back.

This place is near my apartment and probably the slowest Chipotle when it comes to online ordering. Every time I’ve online order ahead of time to pickup I had to wait 10 min or so in the restaurant to be ready.

Have been here four times and all four times they've been out of key ingredients (rice, beans, and they've been out of fajitas all four times). One of the times they closed 30m early and just watched as several people tried to enter. They're also a bit rude and impatient like others have mentioned. Quality isn't great either, in fact i watched them bring out a "fresh" batch of guac that was very discolored and had clearly been out for a long time. I keep coming back thinking it'll get better and it doesn't. Definitely avoid this location

Constantly slow/running out of stock and slow cashiers. It should not take 12 minutes to order when there are 3 people in front of you, one finishing up her order.

Horrible server
The male server who helped me was very rude and unprofessional. He scooped up and flung onto the bowl. I’m not familiar with Chipotle, when I asked him what’s different between two rices, he didn’t answer and just scooped one and gave me very condescending look like saying ‘what’s next? ’
OMG the worst server ever and very humiliating.
I wish I checked his name. When I wrapped up my order, I saw him smiling and being nice to next customer (Caucasian), then I realized that he was a racist.

I ordered ahead through the app and got a veggie bowl but they forgot the guac. The cashier then proceeded to tell me the veggie bowl doesn't come with guac even though in the app it specifically states that it does and shows a picture of a guac bowl.
I tried to contact customer service through chat and they informed me there is a limit to the amount of times they are able to correct the stores mistakes so they refused to help me.

After updating this review I was contacted by chipotle via their main website and the issue was quickly resolved. It seems the major disconnect here is the app, it's bugs, and its lack of customer service. I've added 2 stars for this prompt resolution. Avoid using the app if you can until it's functionality is restored.

This location has the WORST staff and horrible service. 9 times out of 10 they will accept online orders when they're "closed" for some reason during normal lunch hours which happens almost daily. Because of this there's always a huge line of confused customers going down the street who have already paid for their food but will never get it. The staff inside will just look at you through the glass and ignore you, no explanation and no help. On the rare occasion you're able to order and actually get your food, it's incorrectly made about 60% of the time. Contacting customer service through phone or their app chat service takes is extremely difficult and almost impossible. Don't order from this location, it's never worth it.

Over the last 14 years i've worked in the neighborhood this location has gone down hill. The workers are unprofessional, the quality of the food is not great and they are always out of something or closed. I went there today and they were out of guacamole at 2 in the afternoon with no sign of such on the door and they had no change when i paid in cash. Last time i came to get a quesadilla the worker told me i had to order through the mobile app for a quesadilla in order for them to make it even though i was standing right in front of them. I am no longer going to support this location and probably this company at all if this is not rectified soon.

Ran out of a lot of ingredients. My friend from Taiwan wanted just the burrito with regular steak, but they gave her whatever new steak flavor they are pushing out without letting her know that it was about $1.50 more. I inquired about it after seeing her charge and just got an impatient response telling me to read the sign as if it was totally my issue. I told them she wanted regular steak, but was just brushed off. Disappointed with service and communication. It’s unfortunate these are the small places that makes the NYC experience less empathy for people who don’t speak “New York” and on a budget. I understand it’s hard work for service industry workers, but it doesn’t hurt to mention that the only steak available is the new steak product.
