Chipotle Mexican Grill, Deer Park NY

Complete disaster of a staff! Rude, nasty little snot bags.lets not get started on what the food looked like. You would think after constant bad reviews Chipotle corporate might step in to fix the situation.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely worst chipotle in New York. Food is undercooked, rice was grainy and over lemoned. Employees are extremely inexperienced. Save yourself before you get food poisoning

Very slow, queso blanco was brown and hard yesterday 8$ wasted. Chicken must’ve been bad cause we were both throwing up all night. Never again

Food quality / quantity is very bad, disgrace to the well established chain restaurant, exceptionally RUDE employees, two visit made me wonder why I go here again, DRIVE 3 minutes and go to Tanger Mall Chipotle,

Food was good to.

Have been to many chipotles and know what to expect. This one i’ve tried a few times in hopes they were working out some growing pains.this chipotle is still the skimpiest with the meat, the rice tastes off, the portions of everything is significantly smaller.it just isn’t what i expect compared to others.the location is so convenient but i’ll still go out of my way to the other ones as to not waste my $ here anymore for disappointment.

Place is a joke. Constantly messing up orders. Leaving things out. I mean come on already. Who's in charge of this place. Ever since this place came to Deer Park they have managed to mess up every single time I ordered. It's a shame because I like chipotle. Unfortunately when you hire a bunch of children. As your workers who don't want to be there and can't seem to get the order correct ever. You destroy a brand name you work so hard to achieve. The one at Tanger is the best. Might
as well close this one down. Because after they messed up my order the 10 time I will not be returning. I'll stick with the first one of Deer Park. Because I've never had a problem once. Maybe it now makes sense why they have such a low rating.very disappointed

I’m a regular customer I come every single night since the store opened up I spend a lot of money everybody knows my face.and now they’ve completely lost my business. I will not come to that store ever again all because of how a manager came to me and told me how they couldn’t make my quesadilla a certain way, even though I’ve been coming there every single night and everybody knows me every manager knows me too just not that one on that shift sucks I spent a lot of money and like I said, the whole entire crew knows me and just because he came up to me in a certain way and said how he can’t make my quesadilla turned me off completely… they have been making my quesadilla the same way the whole entire time

It's a good new Chipotle. The food was fresh. In terms of Chipotle's food quality I believe the meats can be fatty sometimes. Everything could be a tad bit hot before even adding sauces. They could use some new salsa's. For atmosphere they need to have better tables. The high tops are too much. The Coca-Cola is always great at Chipotle.

This Chipotle is absolutely horrible Don't go here go to the one in Tanger. Staff is terrible every time you ask them for something they huff and puff workstation was disgusting, foods were mixed in with one another would rate it half a star if I could

I was very disappointed with the service. Food was subpar, staff was slow, side, tracked, and unhelpful. Portion sizes were small, staff didn't wear hair nets, didn't change their gloves. World Station was a disaster. DO NOT GO HERE!

I’m going to be honest the food at this location always tastes off or funky I don’t know why and when you ask for lettuce or anything they give literally a pinch no exaggeration have to ask for more and then they get mad like 3 pieces of lettuce was enough lol some workers are very nice tho I cannot deny that.

Food could have been a little better (fresher?) but was still tasty. The service was fast and they were polite. Restaurant was very clean.

Really rude customer service and poor amount scoops put in the food, some middle eastern employee got really rude with my mother just because she asked if maybe she could get more steak on her bowl (the woman only placed three little chunks of steak) and after my mom asking she started being really rude with my mom.

Portions for children if you don’t ask for double everything your basically paying for a kids meal
Staff all npcs they have no common sense and they take too damn long too, stick to tanger unless they change they got a rude awakening coming lol, low lives work there and don’t care to cater to you WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

They are so stingy with how much stuff they put in. Literally got like half a spoon of rice, maybe 5 pieces of chicken and when I asked for lettuce she gave me a pinch of it. Employee making my food started having side conversations instead of wrapping my burrito up. Don’t waste ur money and time here

Order was 20 minutes late for a pick up store was empty all employees were standing around. I think they were not getting online orders and they had to bring in the food from a diff location got all cold by the time it got home cant reheat food with dressing mixed had to throw in garbage they could've easily made the food while.i was waiting totally messed up what a waste

The food here always has something wrong with it. I've eaten here twice and both times, I've felt sick mid-meal. Literally a waste of money.

Not a fan of this location. Was expecting more since it's a new location. My gauc literally was super oxidized. I mean brown and clumpy. I even asked for a different one and they literally brought me the same thing. I got a quesadilla and the edges were burnt and dry.
