Chipotle Mexican Grill, Howard Beach NY

Hardly warmed the burrito wrap. Found a piece of plastic in my burrito.

Woman who took my order was so quiet and when I asked her “what? ” she gave me a dirty look and didn’t speak up. At least the rice wasn’t hard this time.

There is no one to control the employees in this place. They are very disrespectful. They need to understand that they are running a business.

My dad bought food from this location. When I came home and opened my food, guess what, A BUG. A bug was on the lettuce. THEY DO NOT WASH THE LETTUCE HERE. It is nasty to see bugs in your food. Make sure the lettuce is washed before you start eating from here, I have a habit of being very cautious when it comes to lettuce in any restaurants I eat at. THE RICE is always hard and they don’t cut the fat off of the steak, don’t eat here.

They have only 1 girl working the food area like she needs help why is she the only one giving people food, while the other 3 stand doing nothing and 1 is working on online orders. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

On a take out order, I didn't receive any utensils. Luckily, I had fork on the go. However, eating somewhat healthy is better than a burger from mikkydieezzzzyyy.

It's Chipotle Mexican Grill, that's all nothing else. You will never be disappointed, NEVER EVER.

Worse place to do door dash they b lying all the time the same story when u go in pick up a order that someone picked it up n when u call the customer they said a hour pass n ain’t receive no order they b so lazy or either dum as hell to always give the order away to the wrong people all the time……. I don’t think they dum they just lazy as hell theres no way every single time u going to say someone picked up the order so ya always give away orders to the wrong people?

They had a very messy station that made the food look less appealing. It tasted like the usual Chipotle but the station was covered in spilled food at a time where only one other person was in the restaurant. Meanwhile they had 4 workers and nobody was cleaning up.

Not usually one to leave reviews but my experience was so awful that I can’t not say something. Placed a mobile order, girl with hoop earrings and braided ponytail handed it to me didn’t even say hello; actually she didn’t say a single word to me.literally rolled her eyes when I asked for my food. My husband has also had an awful experience with the same rude, disgusting employee on MULTIPLE occasions. Don’t understand how she was hired, or how she still has her job. No customer service skills, no manners. Just awful.

The food is good and it's mostly better when you order in store that you can see it right there while delivery can get a lot of things wrong, missing items etc. The downside is sometimes the meats portions are decent sometimes they're very very cheap and with the lettuce forget it, imagine a Salad with 3 pieces of lettuce

They made their own food at 11: 00 and never unlocked the door. Opens at 10: 45 and everyone looked at the 6 people waiting outside and did nothing.

I came to this location yesterday and the woman with ponytail. Not sure if she was the manager; gave me less than a cup of chicken and stated that if i wanted more i would have to pay extra. Then two white customers came after me & she gave them an approximate amount of chicken w/o them having to ask for extra. Disgusting & ridiculous.

I would never eat here. The absolute worst. The staff hates their job so the food and service is garbage. Go to an authentic Mexican restaurant instead!

Very little food portion compare to others chipotle stores. The worst. Do not recommend this place.

I really enjoyed the food from here. It was my first time and I would definitely go back again to try other things on the menu. The other good thing is that the this location is very close to my house.

This is the worst customer service location for Chipotle. Not sure if its how they are trained or just cooperate rules. I ordered a bowl online but wanted queso blanco on the side but of course online doesn't let you. I explained to the manager and he still still wanted to charge me almost $4 for the side of cheese. I told him if I would have ordered in the store and ask for it on the side, you would have given it to me but because I ordered online its a charge! No common sense
