I tell him a bit of spicy red sauce and he trows alot in there then gets mad when i tell him to take some off.
I know is cheaper to hire someone that doesn't have a responsibility like an adult but their service just makes you not wanna go back atleast to this place.

The service and food was great. What im gonna complain about is the hostile work environment administered by a gentleman in glasses who seemed to be the manager. The person who was making my burrito did a fine job, and you could tell they might've been new. However I noticed the manager was making sly remarks and seemed to have been bullying his team member. If chipotle encourages this company/workplace culture, then it has lost a costumer

A pretty short, curly hair, young boy who is probably not happy with his personal life, decided to show me his attitude by being rude while serving me!
If you can't be friendly, professional and provide good customer service, maybe you should not work there!?
How did this nasty rude kid get his job in the first place? Don't you guys interview those cundidats?

My friend and I went to eat at this chipotle and the it was the worst chipotle experience i have ever had in my life. The air smelled horrid The portion food portions were unfathomable and it was all cold. The least they could’ve done was fix the ice machine. Never going back

Sunday 7: 15pm if you walk in you won’t get food. They told us “for the next 45minutes we only taking online orders online, we are understaff” looking at delicious food that we can’t get even though it was right there was not a good feeling, I hope they hire more people.

Worst portions ever. People serving you suck and will get mad if you ask for extra corn because they act like this corn is their corn. My burrito was tinier than my hands and flatter than a piece of paper all for thirteen bucks. The place was dirty and disgusting and it smelled bad like they didn’t shower before work. Bad experience never again.

The girls there are terrible, bad service, rush your food with small servings, they have a bad attitude along with one dude there who acts like he don’t wanna be there, nobody told you to apply for that job but you choose to have unnecessary attitudes with people. Just a terrible service they need a new staff.

I am a vegetarian, and I ordered plant-based protein over rice and beans. I found a piece of meat in my bowl, and when I brought it to the manager's attention, she asked if I wanted to take it out and finish the bowl since I had already eaten half of it. There was no apology or anything. I just received an unreasonable attitude, as if I had put it in there myself to get a free meal. It's ridiculous. I will never go back to that location.

The workers barely want to be there serve you like the food comes out of their check, drinks machine wasn’t even working horrible place, the halal guys would’ve been better than stepping in this trash hole, and loud ghetto music in the background

Asked for a quesadilla was told I need to download the app to order it…. Ridiculous and then when I finally got it I had a HUGE piece of plastic in my quesadilla. Unsafe don’t go.

They had a bathroom code on the receipt, but didn’t have a bathroom. Portions on the smaller side.

Nice and clean chipotle. The staff was nice. Great spot to have lunch after the farmers market

I asked for extra food in my bowl they just starred in my face didn’t add extra portion then charged me for extra steak worst possible service

The worst customer service I have ever received.the girls have a lousy attitude, they think they are giving you food for free? The food had been in the containers for too long, it is already burnt

They don't seem to be able to cook the brown rice properly here. It ranges from hard to chewy. I complained after being served hard undercooked brown rice here and tossed my meal. The company was understanding and issued me a voucher, which I used a few days later to see if the situation had improved. The rice had changed from hard to chewy. An improvement, but still not a pleasant meal. Get it together, guys!

Horrible. Wish I had read the other reviews. The smallest burrito I ever had. Meat COLD and very tiny portions yet price increase. DOUBLE RIP Off. I want a refund and am now worried this might be the new "standard" of Chipotle since I haven't been in a while. Thinking twice about going to any Chipotle now.
Garbage.

Went to this place and grabbed some food. A Bowl, cost me $20 and change. A bottle of water is $4 dollars. This place is only for wealthy people or I got robbed.

Arguably the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They serve half the portions they should for the same price. I never leave bad reviews but this place is especially deserving of one. There’s another chipotle nearby that will serve you what you pay for. My food didn’t even fill up half of the bowl because of how little they put of everything. Don’t waste your money or time here.
