Chipotle Mexican Grill, Fishkill NY

Gross, the place was filthy. The health department should make a visit. Stay away if you don't want to get sick. It does not look like anything is really cleaned, just wiped down with a dirty rag. The tea and juice dispenser had a layer of slime on them. This does not happen in just one day.

Worst chipotle in the Hudson valley. They serve slop. Don’t understand how corporate hasn’t intervened yet.

The Fishkill NY location was filthy, six garbage pails overflowing, spills all over the floor, dirty tables and seats. The walls had food spread on it, seat covers on stools ripped. I’ve never been to a Chipotle that was so in disarray. Very disappointed.

Second time in six months we’ve been turned away with an hour + to close with ‘we’re out of food’.

Dirty, rude staff, and they literally never have anything in stock. What’s the point in even being open

One of the most disappointing chipotle’s I’ve been to in terms of food availability, cleanliness and qualify. They run out of stuff all the time. Cleanliness is lacking too. Don’t bother going after 9pm although it says they are open till 10pm. Several instances when they closed. Today, they ran out of guac, salsa, veggies, lettuce and chips today. They also couldn’t make a taco or burrito today, what else is there to get? They only have half the stuff, they should call this place “otle” cause they don’t have no chips.

Snafu with our online order. The manager, Brian, was helpful in fixing the problem. The restaurant was convenient to me hotel and the asada was satisfying. The guac was tasty

The food was very good. The restaurant was very dirty. It needed to be cleaned. They needed more staff very long wait.

I never thought I’d find a better Mexican place in my hometown than Taco Bell.

I sneak in packets of Diablo.
I prefer it to tabasco sauce.

If you have food allergies or limitations I would avoid this location specifically. I have a gluten allergy and cannot have the flour tortillas or any cross contamination. I waited on line for approximately 10 minutes and the women preparing the food never once changed her gloves in between orders. She wrapped a burrito and then continued on to make another order and place her gloved hand into the shredded cheese container now contaminating all of those toppings. I left without getting my food because I didn’t feel comfortable.

They can’t live up to their pick up times at this Chipotle. Multiple times I’ve arrived at my pick up time they gave me and have had to wait 20+ minutes longer for my food.

Charged for extra burrito that I didn’t order or get. When I noticed the receipt 20 minutes later and called the restaurant to fix the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do unless we came back into the restaurant. I was just passing through town, so wasn’t too keen to turn back over $9.10+tax.

Staff was overall unprofessional and just messing around when we ordered.

This place is disgusting. No cleaning and wait time is around 45 minutes. I did an online order and waiting for 45 minutes. The order is not ready yet. First and last visit here.

I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle around 6: 00 in the evening, which is prime dinner time. To my dismay, they were out of several key items. Not only were they out of chips, but they were also missing fajitas and a handful of meat options. This left me with limited choices for my meal. It was frustrating that during such a busy time, they claimed they wouldn't make more of these items. I appreciate the simplicity of Chipotle's menu, but variety is essential, especially during peak hours. This visit left me craving more than just a burrito
