Chipotle Mexican Grill, New York NY

The workers were very polite when usually it's very hit or miss at manhattan chipotle locations.the young lady serving the food at around 2-3pm yesterday 6/19 took our allergies seriously and went through the whole process of changing her gloves and closing the bowls to prevent cross contamination.i didnt get her name sorry! My only complaint is there's no bathroom for customers but she informed me that I can go to the nearby barnes and noble for a bathroom.

Could you possibly put more effort into making tiny bowls? Get smaller serving spoons and bowls so you look less like clowns

I just wanted to give this location and the young lady that handled a rude regular with poise and grace, four stars. The food was great, and I received my order in record time despite the customer obstructing the line and projecting his anger. Come to this Chipotle!

Not the best Chipotle location (14 St - Union Square) out there. More misses than hits. In my last few attempts at trying to find a redeeming quality I was left sorely disappointed. I dont know what is happening at this location, but whoever is cooking the rice is not doing a great job. In my last two orders, each time the rice was undercooked. On one occasion it was overly salted and it irritated my tongue. The employees there aren't the most pleasant, Kips Bay and Spring St.have employees that go above and beyond to accommodate their guest, go there instead if you can. Eventually I'll give this location another try, but for now I'll stick to their Fulton St.location. There you'll find cooked rice, good portions, and friendly employees.

What can I say about "Chipotle", it's an American (wannabe) Mexican Grill franchise, which does not taste anything like the "Authentic Mexican Burrito", if you want a fast bite, go to "Chipotle", but if you want Real Authentic Mexican Cuisine, please go to a Real Mexican Restaurant, like for example: "Three Amigos", they will not disappoint!

Wouldve been better knowing that you cant dine in they can pack the bag with salt pepper Tabasco sauce or even ask what you want and the food was not hot

I don't hate things, but I don't like that place because I want to ask question and I see. Three employees the day When Did I never came back you can even a question in one of the employer That Okay with you dont even know what I want When I was talking to them in English the most like I was Wonder girl went to the Gate To talk about Me And Everything that started late Because I shouldn't have taken care of by the President of people latino en America and Talking about in general

Had a fantastic experience in this place with my daughter. The food arrives quickly and the customer service is just fantastic. Prices are affordable.

The food tastes good even though they are a little stingy with the meats. Security guard posted and depending on the guard, they watch you as if your a suspicious suspect. Good location if you want to do some shopping afterwards.

This local used to be better.
Their portions have shrunked their service has declined. Their music selection is not as eclectic as it used to be.

Always the awesomest burritos here! Busy, but they try keeping the place clean as much as possible

Very unorganized and rude- so unlike most chipotles. Go to the one on the other side of the square for better, faster and way more friendlier service.

The servers were unfriendly and there were no forks. When we asked for them they told us they were out, then gave us an attitude when we asked for lids and bags for our salad.

The chicken burrito was filling, but it wasn't that good. The rice was severely overcooked, and the chicken was burnt. Still better than other chipotle I have visited, but overall a mediocre place.

There was no air conditioning working. It was really hot feel like 90 f Inside. The boul was ok.

Ive been to this location a few times.very good location close to the park, its clean, service is quick and reliable.
