Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cheektowaga NY

As of now, this location has exceptionally poor quality, customer service, organization and time management. I normally do not leave reviews but I have had MULTIPLE issues every time I choose to order from this location. They have charged me for other customers orders with my own order, mixed up my order and my food is almost always skimpy! As of today I was told I needed to wait outside, in the pouring rain to stand in line. They have about 10-15 employees running around obviously confused on what they are working on. The employees are very overwhelmed, rude and not focused. When ordering 3-4 different employees will be handling your food. They are very rushed and just "throw the food together" quite literally. At one point I ordered a quesodilla with carne asada and only 1/3 of the quesodilla had meat in it and only 1/2 had cheese! The employees (yes multiple employees were passed my one quesodilla to make) did not give me the chance to add any veggies to my order either! Upon check out they charged me for my quesodilla and the order of the person behind me. I have no idea why. And these kind of mistakes seem to be on-going and getting worse. Very rude almost every time I walk in there. Honestly.just order from a different location! It'll be worth the extra time and drive!

Food wasnt that great. Pre order, food wasnt nearly what i ordered. Paid for a drink never got it.

Food counter was a disaster and they were out of burritos. Said they had bowls and tacos only. Last time I went here they were out of chips. Both times I ended up going to a competitor where the food isn’t as good but at least it’s clean and they have everything they advertise.

Chipotle! Everyone location is a little different. Why does every location hesitate to give us salad dressing for our salad bowls. Today we ordered 2 salads and received 1 dressing. The dressing makes the salad. I prefer an extra dressing than none. This location asked what kind of rice white or brown. Other locations have told us you don't get rice on a salad bowl. I could squeeze oil/grease out of tortilla chips, they weren't crispy, but bendable. I don't know if I'm a big Chipotle fan. I go because my teenager wants to go and there's a rewards program now.

The customer service was not good the waiter had an attitude, rushing my order and giving customers different portions need to hire better staff your losing customers.

Several months ago i had one of my best dining experiences ever Jenna schmidt really keeps everything perfect i misplaced her business card and just found it when I'm back in Buffalo i will go to chipotle every time sorry my review took so long to write thanks again jenna

Food was delicious and the service was great. Just a little taken back that the kid cooking the chicken was able to wear his pants around his legs. I'm sorry but that was disgusting too see while I'm ordering my FOOD and eating. Pull your pants up.

Super friendly staff that go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your experience and food. Would definitely go back.

First time visiting had the burrito bowl with steak it was great will visit again staff was friendly with a smile

I Like Chipotle, but don't get the burrito if you have gluten allergies. Staff is sloppy with serving the food and can cheat portions.don't know why when I know for a fact you better be throwing the food out every night and starting fresh the next day! Don't want another ecoli situation! Best bet is to go on weekday before noon and after 3 but before 6.period.on Fridays and the weekends they get nasty.

Prefer Chipotle in the states than in canada! I rather make a stop here than to have a medicore meal at a restaurant in buffalo. Usually clean with fresh toppings.

Had Chipotle after a long time. As always food was great but my Burrito bowl was only half filled.

The employee named Elijah Turner at the Chipotle on Walden Avenue is a sweetheart she gave excellent customer service and made this the best experience I've ever had at any Chipotle ever

I like Chipotle but I do have some complaints. 1- I like the barbacoa ricebowl however I don't get onions & bell peppers because they always burn them. 2-They have huge bowls and then they give you two small scoops of rice. I always have to ask for more rice. 3-if you ask for sour cream on the side, they only fill up the cup half way, so you really need two.

Very nice and friendly stuff. We entered 5/7 mins before closing time, still they served us with excellent service.

The cleanliness was not that great in this joint, hence to resort with 4 stars. Customer service was little lowsy with crowd. Overall they could improve more.

Food is great. They don't have great control of their air conditioner so if you go on a warm day expect it to be freezing inside and poor seating out side

A little messy. Update: they dont seem to serve properly. I got black beans with a bunch of fluids becouse it was not drained. Seeped trough my bowl and bag and i lifted the bag in the car to have it all fall apart on me.

I love chipotle but this is not my favorite location. Their were a bunch of kids working and they did not listen well and they were skimp on the food which I didn't think that was possible.
