Expect the same standard of service & taste everywhere with this chain. Ordered foods around 7: 48 pm on Sunday & not crowded. It’s fast & quick.

9: 30 p.m. Friday and they no longer have anything to sell and apart from bad service, the times of chipotle lla are over

Cheap. Dirty. Food just “ok”. Staff hates it. Don’t eat here - there’s so many better places only one minute away.

This place is very messy and the employees are rude and this is the only Chipotle that is VERY CHEAP with portions half a scoop of rice with a half of meat NOT worth the money they asking for

Theres quite a few of these in and around Times Square. The two that we've been two have very limited seating. It leads me to think that their restaurant is geared for take outs rather than encouraging people to sit in. Which is a bit surprising given this type of food is better eaten fresh

The young lady had a terrible attitude. It was like you was bothering her. The portions was even smaller than normal.

As good as any other Chipotle you'll find, but there isn't that much seating. Might be worth it to get your food to-go and eat somewhere nearby. (which is actually pretty nice!)

There is a rush almost always to get food here. It is a great option if you like Mexican food like burritos, tacos etc. There are vegetarian options as well. Decent pricing for the quantity of food provided.

Portion was so small I felt like I was in a soup kitchen. Walked in and was greeted by the stench of feet, come to find out the server was wearing crocks without socks on, sad.

Service was fast and the store was very clean, but they were definitely leaving some of the ingredients sit out too long. The lettuce looked like it was entirely wilted.

Pretty standard Chipotle that also serves beer and other alcoholic beverages. 4 star review only because it is generally packed at this location due to tourists and there are other Chipotles pretty close by and sometimes worth the 3 minute walk.

My chicken burrito was a mess. Brown rice was hard and undercooked. They couldn't wrap the burrito the right way, so it was really messy to eat it. I am a new fan of Dos Toros, will stick to them from now on.

Staff was nice but I was dumbfounded by how much my burrito bowl cost. Yes I understand I added guacamole and extra chicken but $20? That’s insane. In New Jersey it would’ve been $12

The portions are extremely small comparing to other locations. You definitely will not get a full bowl; better off going to the chipotle on 40th street. It is pathetic watching the servers rationalizing the food portions that they put into your bowl especially during lunch hours.

1 star for allowing use bathroom without having to purchase anything. Rest 0 stars for no tacos in stock, no chips, no fajita.
